Description

Detailed description of the invention

The present invention relates to a system and method for managing people entering and exiting a large-scale exhibition hall or the like.

At domestic exhibition halls, sports facilities such as stadiums, and arena venues, when various events such as exhibitions and sports concerts are held, decorations are used to set up booths, etc. within the venue during the exhibition period. Various contractors and other construction companies enter the museum day and night to carry out preparation work, and even after the exhibition period ends, it is necessary to remove the installed items, and for this purpose, various construction companies enter the museum. It usually comes. Up until now, it has been recognized that the management of construction workers entering and exiting the hall was basically the responsibility of the event organizer, and the exhibition hall itself, which only provided the space, had not actively managed these matters.

The background to this is that the loading and unloading operations during events are concentrated in a short period of time, and the number of people involved in the work is large, making it impossible to check each entry and exit. In some cases, workers enter the museum directly, making it virtually difficult to identify individual entrances and exits in exhibition halls that are large buildings built on vast grounds. However, from the perspective of security measures such as safety management including vehicle accidents within the museum and concerns about unexpected situations such as anti-social behavior, it is necessary for the exhibition venue itself to control the construction workers entering and exiting the hall. In the past, due to a sense of crisis, measures such as distributing printed admission passes have been taken, but in the end, they had to rely on human labor, and it was not possible to even limit the delivery route, so please check. It has not been widely adopted and has not been established as a management method to this day.

In addition, each exhibition venue in Japan has its own regulations regarding safety management of construction work, and facility managers always remind event organizers to strictly adhere to the regulations regarding safety management of construction work at held events. However, the organizer is only responsible for the setup of the venue itself, and does not have sufficient control over the contractors and workers arranged by each exhibitor booth (exhibitor). is the current situation.

In addition, there are cases where the contractors themselves have little experience in working at setup and removal venues, and there are many so-called part-time workers who work only on that day, and who engage in work without understanding the regulations set by each exhibition venue, making it difficult to manage safety. The situation is such that a major accident could occur at any time.

Problems that the invention aims to solve

In such an environment, exhibition halls regularly hold safety conferences sponsored by the venue, and various construction companies are invited to explain the rules for using the hall and give safety lectures, as well as hold events. Together with the organizer, we use human resources to patrol the work site during loading and unloading operations, and provide explanations to those who violate the safety management regulations for construction work established by the venue and provide guidance to request correction. However, in many cases, even if guidance is provided, it is only ad hoc, and the construction contractor himself/herself is unable to immediately check the regulations, so unexpected situations such as accidents and anti-social behavior may occur. However, the fact that these incidents are not shared across the industry as incident cases is a major issue.

Another issue is that exhibition halls, which are large buildings built on vast grounds, do not have a single entrance and exit as mentioned above, making it difficult for large numbers of people working on the premises to enter and exit the facility. Because it is not possible to check the information one by one, and because the work is carried out all at once in the hall, there is a lot of noise and it is difficult to hear the voice announcements. Therefore, we have decided to use an analog method to convey information within each venue, such as posting notices on the walls. As a result, there are many cases in which it is not possible to disseminate information about facilities within the facility, or opportunities are lost due to failure to communicate the opening status of tenants (restaurants) within the facility. What is not possible is also a major issue.

Conventional visitor management systems are systems that manage general visitors to exhibitions and events, and their main focus is on efficiently understanding the entry and exit of visitors. However, it is difficult to say that it is easy to use for both the construction worker and the construction contractor, and it is desired to develop a system and method for access control that is easier to use, more useful, and safer than the conventional technology. Furthermore, as mentioned above, we will speed up guidance on safety management regulations for construction work at each venue, and promptly share information in anticipation of unexpected situations such as violation of regulations, incidents and accidents, and even anti-social behavior. Addressing issues that were not felt necessary in managing general visitors, we have made it possible to ascertain the entry and exit positions of each construction contractor, and to enable easier and more useful information transmission in a timely and prompt manner. The problem to be solved by the present invention is to realize a system for managing people leaving the building and a method thereof.

The device of the present invention consists of a dedicated application that runs on a mobile terminal (smartphone) owned by each worker, an administrator terminal used by a facility manager, and a management server connected to the Internet that operates in conjunction with the application. The management server has a management page that can only be operated by the facility manager. As a condition for carrying out construction work within the facility, facility managers require individuals to install a dedicated application on their own mobile terminals (smartphones), and require workers to connect their personal information to the Internet through the application. By registering on the management server, the operator can be registered as a license application, and it can be used as an alternative to the entrance card, etc., which was conventionally held on paper. This application is linked to the GPS function that is standard installed in mobile terminals (smartphones), and GPS information is sent to a management server connected to the Internet through this application, and facility managers can access it through the management page. By reading GPS information, it is possible to determine when a person enters or leaves the facility, as well as where they are within the facility. The management page, which can only be operated by facility managers, allows the management of registrants and the sending of information to each application. This system can be used at other exhibition halls by allocating one server to each exhibition hall, and it is also possible to perform various customizations for each exhibition hall.

In conventional visitor management systems, gates equipped with sensors are installed at the entrance/exit of each museum, and entry/exit is detected by passing through the gate. A method of visually confirming the printed permit is by setting up a reception desk at the physical entrance/exit entrance, installing a contact/non-contact terminal connected to a computer, etc. at the reception desk, and holding an IC card, etc. over the terminal. There are methods to check entry and exit by importing room entry/exit information into a connected computer, but either method requires human resources and the installation of new equipment, and it is necessary to install as many devices as there are entry/exit entrances. Due to this necessity, a high installation cost was required. The present invention uses mobile terminals (smartphones), which are already widely used in the general public, and utilizes the GPS function originally attached to mobile terminals (smartphones) to provide information on the grounds and facilities of a vast exhibition hall. Since entry and exit are judged within a general range, there is no need to install gates at each entry/exit entrance like in conventional technology, and there is no need to set up a reception desk, which takes up human resources and increases work. While reducing monetary and human costs compared to conventional technology, it is possible to quickly obtain entrance/exit information by supplementing GPS position information in real time through a dedicated application.

Since the decision to enter or leave the museum can be made within an error of about 10 meters, even such a decision can be sufficiently effective in exhibition halls of large facilities with vast grounds. In addition, the location measurement accuracy of modern smartphones has improved significantly, and it is now possible to roughly measure the location even within the facility, so it is also possible to obtain information such as which hall (hall) within the facility. becomes.

This allows facility managers to grasp the number of workers accommodated in each building (hall) in real time via the management page in the management server, so if the number of workers exceeds the allowable number of people entering the building. In such a case, the facility manager can quickly notify visitors of the congestion status through the management server. In addition, facility managers will be able to monitor the number of people working inside the facility, as well as areas where entry is prohibited, and will also be able to send information and emergency notices to workers inside each facility.

If the facility manager actually patrols the work site due to facility regulations, etc., they will bring a smartphone with an administrator application installed, and if they find someone violating the regulations, they can bring the smartphones closer together. By reading the registered information from the violator's smartphone, it is possible to make prompt correction recommendations not only to the violator but also to the person in charge of the construction company. By storing the information on the management server, it becomes easier to check the violation history and quickly share it with the entire industry as an incident case.

In the unlikely event that an unexpected situation such as an accident, incident, or anti-social behavior occurs, the construction contractor will be able to immediately notify the facility manager of the accident etc. through the application, and the facility manager will be able to You can check the notification in real time via the management page in the management server, and the GPS function also makes it possible to immediately check from where within the facility the notification was received, so it is possible to check the notification in real time. This makes it possible to respond quickly, especially in times like these.

In addition, expanded functions for each facility include a function that allows you to apply for the rental of equipment within the facility (stepladders, electric drums, etc.) from a dedicated application, a function that issues discount coupons etc. from tenants within the facility, and a function that allows each building within the facility to receive notifications. It can be customized in a variety of ways to meet the needs of each exhibition venue, such as a function that works with the room temperature meter and carbon dioxide concentration meter installed in each hall (each hall) to notify you of heatstroke and ventilation conditions.

In this way, by introducing this system, entry/exit logs and history of safety guidance are accumulated on the management server for each facility, and the violation rate for each vendor can be aggregated, and vendors with no accidents or violations can be extracted and paid. As a designated contractor, we can provide incentives, etc., and make it possible to operate according to the needs of the facility, contributing to crisis management and improving safety awareness involving the facility, construction contractor, and organizer.

The present invention is constructed as a closed system for use by exhibition halls, event organizers, and construction companies, and since safety management of construction work is regulated for each facility, it is highly enforceable and has a high penetration rate. Another major feature is that the application can be registered on the spot as it is a highly sophisticated smartphone application, and a high penetration rate can be expected.
