Abstract
Description
本出願は、2018年9月28日にて提出されたアメリカ特許出願第16/147,503号である「METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR VIDEO CODING(ビデオ符号化のための方法及び装置)」(今はアメリカ特許第10.284.866号になる)の優先権を主張し、その全内容を本明細書に援用により組み込み、当該アメリカ特許出願は、2018年7月2日にて提出されたアメリカ仮出願第62/693,050号である「METHODS AND APPARATUS FOR WIDE ANGULAR INTRA PREDICTION IN VIDEO COMPRESSION(ビデオ圧縮における広角イントラ予測のための方法及び装置)」の優先権を主張する。

Claims (1)
- 復号器によって実行されるビデオ復号の方法であって、
符号化されたビデオビットストリームから第1ブロックの予測情報を復号化するステップであって、前記第1ブロックが非正方形ブロックであり、前記第1ブロックの予測情報が正方形ブロックのための第1組のイントラ予測モードにおける第1イントラ予測モードを指示するステップと、
前記第1イントラ予測モードが、前記正方形ブロックのための前記第1組のイントラ予測モードにおける、前記非正方形ブロックのための無効なイントラ予測モードのサブセット内にあることを決定するステップと、
前記第1イントラ予測モードを、前記非正方形ブロックのための第2組のイントラ予測モードにおける第2イントラ予測モードに再マッピングするステップであって、前記第2組のイントラ予測モードには、前記無効なイントラ予測モードのサブセットが含まれないステップと、
前記第2イントラ予測モードに基づき、前記第1ブロックの少なくとも1つのサンプルを再構築するステップと、
を含み、
前記再マッピングするステップが:
前記第1ブロックの幅が前記第1ブロックの高さよりも大きいことを決定するステップおよび、
前記第1イントラ予測モードに関連付けられるモード番号に一定の値を加算し、前記第1イントラ予測モードを前記第2イントラ予測モードに再マッピングするステップ、
または、
前記第1ブロックの高さが前記第1ブロックの幅よりも大きいことを決定するステップおよび、
前記第1イントラ予測モードに関連付けられるモード番号から一定の値を差し引き、前記第1イントラ予測モードを前記第2イントラ予測モードに変換するステップを含み、
正方形ブロックのための第1組のイントラ予測モードは左下対角線方向モードから右上対角線方向モードまで2~Xの番号を付されており、番号X+nのイントラ予測モードは、イントラ予測モード2+nの方向を逆にしたものであり、番号-nのイントラ予測モードはイントラ予測モードX-nの方向を逆にしたものであり、Xおよびnは整数である、
