Claims (13)
- ボディ、該ボディの前方に着脱可能に結合されるキャップを備えたハンドルと、
前記ボディに結合され、電源供給手段と電気的に接続される接続端子と、
前記ボディの前方内部に備えられ、一端が前記接続端子に電気的に接続される伝導体と、
前記ハンドルの前方に備えられ、一端が前記伝導体に電気的に接続されるガイドワイヤーとを含む、医療用穿孔焼灼装置。 - 前記キャップは、前記ガイドワイヤーが挿入されるように第1貫通孔を備え、前記キャップの前方には、前記第1貫通孔の周辺に、前記キャップの後方に行くほど直径が減少する第1案内面が形成される、請求項1に記載の医療用穿孔焼灼装置。
- 前記ボディの前方には、外周面に第1ねじ山が形成された第1締結部が備えられ、前記キャップの後方には、内周面に前記第1ねじ山と螺合されるように第2ねじ山が形成された第2締結部が備えられる、請求項1に記載の医療用穿孔焼灼装置。
- 前記伝導体の後方には端子挿入溝が形成され、前記接続端子は、前記ボディの後方から前記端子挿入溝に挿合される、請求項1に記載の医療用穿孔焼灼装置。
- 前記接続端子は、前記伝導体と直交するように前記ボディの外周面に配置され、前記接続端子の一端は前記伝導体の後方端部と接触する、請求項1に記載の医療用穿孔焼灼装置。
- 前記ボディと前記キャップとの間に介在し、前記ガイドワイヤーを固定する固定チャックをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の医療用穿孔焼灼装置。
- 前記固定チャックは、内部に前記ガイドワイヤーが挿入される第2貫通孔が形成され、長さ方向に切開部を備える、請求項6に記載の医療用穿孔焼灼装置。
- 前記固定チャックの前方端部には、前記第2貫通孔の周辺に、前記ガイドワイヤーの挿入を案内する第2案内面が備えられ、前記第2案内面は、前記固定チャックの後方に行くほど直径が減少する、請求項7に記載の医療用穿孔焼灼装置。
- 前記キャップの前方側の内面には、前記キャップの前方に行くほど直径が減少する第1傾斜面が形成され、前記固定チャックの前方側の外面には、前記キャップの前記第1傾斜面と対面するように前方に行くほど直径が減少する第2傾斜面が形成された、請求項6に記載の医療用穿孔焼灼装置。
- 前記ガイドワイヤーは、病変部位を穿孔または焼灼する穿孔焼灼部と、前記穿孔焼灼部から延長され、前記ハンドルの内部に挿入されて前記伝導体と電気的に接続された延長部とを含む、請求項1に記載の医療用穿孔焼灼装置。
- 前記伝導体の中央には、前記ガイドワイヤーの延長部が挿入されるようにワイヤー挿入溝が形成された、請求項10に記載の医療用穿孔焼灼装置。
- 前記ハンドルの外部に露出された前記延長部の外側面には、絶縁部材が備えられた、請求項10に記載の医療用穿孔焼灼装置。
- 前記ガイドワイヤーの穿孔焼灼部は、直線形、フック形、ループ形、三角形およびダイヤモンド形のいずれかの形状に形成された、請求項10に記載の医療用穿孔焼灼装置。
