Claims (20)
- 発射装置および発射体システムであって、
発射装置、
非致死性の発射体を備え、
前記発射体は、ハウジング、弱体化材料、制御回路、および通電可能なエネルギー貯蔵手段を備え、
前記発射装置はチャンバと、前記発射体を方向付けて発射するための銃身とを備え、
前記エネルギー貯蔵手段は、前記発射装置によって少なくとも部分的に通電され、
前記発射体の発射後、前記発射体ハウジングは、発射後に破裂し、分解し、分離し、または他の方法でその中に形成された開口部を有し、弱体化材料を放出する、システム。 - 前記発射装置が、標的までの距離を測定し、前記発射体と通信するための手段を備える、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記発射体が、電気的開始装置および機械的開始装置のうちの少なくとも1つをさらに備え、前記少なくとも1つの開始装置は、化学的反応または機械的反応を開始して、前記発射体のハウジングに開口部を生じさせ得る、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- トリガーおよび安全スイッチのうちの少なくとも1つをさらに備え、前記エネルギー貯蔵手段は、前記少なくとも1つのトリガーおよび/または安全スイッチが作動されるまで、閾値エネルギーを超えて通電されない、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記発射装置と前記発射体との間に通信および/またはエネルギー伝達の有線および無線手段のうちの1つをさらに備える、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記発射装置が、閾値エネルギーを超えて前記エネルギー貯蔵手段に通電する電源を有する、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記発射装置がマガジンを含み、前記マガジンが複数の発射体を含み、前記複数の発射体の各発射体が、他の発射体とは異なる前記発射装置からの距離で前記弱体化材料を放出する、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記エネルギー貯蔵手段がコンデンサおよび充電式バッテリのうちの1つである、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 発射装置および発射体システムであって、

発射体を備え、
前記発射体は、前記発射体の少なくとも一部内に含まれる弱体化材料を含み、
前記発射体の開口部が、前記発射装置による前記発射体の発射時または発射と同時に促進され、前記開口部は、前記弱体化材料がその後前記発射体から放出されることを可能にする、システム。 - 銃身をさらに備え、前記銃身は前記発射体に開口部を形成するための少なくとも1つの干渉地点を備える、請求項9に記載の発射装置。
- 前記発射体が、前記発射装置と前記発射体との間につなぎ機構をさらに備え、前記つなぎ機構は、発射後に前記発射体に開口部を生じさせる、請求項9に記載のシステム。
- 前記発射中に生成された力が、前記発射体の前記開口部を生じさせるために後で解放される、請求項9に記載のシステム。
- 非致死性の発射体であって、
前記発射体が、ハウジング、弱体化材料、制御回路、および通電可能なエネルギー貯蔵手段を備え、
前記発射体が、発射後に前記ハウジングを分解させ、分離させ、または他の方法で前記ハウジングに開口部を形成させ、前記ハウジングに弱体化材料を放出させるための手段をさらに備える、非致死性の発射体。 - 前記エネルギー貯蔵手段が、コンデンサおよび充電式バッテリのうちの1つである、請求項13に記載の発射体。
- 前記エネルギー貯蔵手段が、前記発射体の外側の電源によって閾値エネルギーを超えて充電される、請求項13に記載の発射体。
- 前記発射体ハウジングが少なくとも1つのフィンを備える、請求項13に記載の発射体。
- 前記発射体が、電気的開始装置および機械的開始装置のうちの少なくとも1つをさらに備え、これら開始装置は、化学的反応または機械的反応を開始して、前記発射体のハウジングに開口部を生じさせ得る、請求項13に記載の発射体。
