Description
A) 20重量%から60重量%までの異相プロピレン共重合体、
B) 5重量%から33重量%までのプロピレン単独または共重合体(ここで、該共重合体は、エチレン、1-ブテン、1-ヘキセン、もしくは1-オクテンから選択されるアルファオレフィンを5重量%以下含有する)、
C) 2重量%から15重量%までの、スチレンを含む弾性ブロック共重合体、
D) 4重量%から32重量%までの弾性エチレン共重合体、
E) 5重量%から50重量%までの、フィラーとしてのガラス材料、
F) 0.1重量%から5重量%までの相溶化剤
を含み(ここで、成分A)、B)、C)、D)、E)、およびF)の量は、A)、B)、C)、D)、E)、およびF)の総重量に対するものであり、合計は100%となる)、ISO 1133-2:2011に準じた、230℃、2.16kg荷重でのメルトフローレートMFRは、少なくとも1.0g/10分である、

- 押出系付加製造システムにおける消耗フィラメントとしての、プロピレン重合体組成物を含む消耗フィラメントの使用であって、該プロピレン重合体組成物が、
A) 20重量%から60重量%までの異相プロピレン共重合体、
B) 5重量%から33重量%までのプロピレン単独または共重合体(ここで、該共重合体は、エチレン、1-ブテン、1-ヘキセン、または1-オクテンから選択されるアルファオレフィンを5重量%以下含有する)、
C) 2重量%から15重量%までの、スチレンを含む弾性ブロック共重合体、
D) 4重量%から32重量%までの弾性エチレン共重合体、
E) 5重量%から50重量%までの、フィラーとしてのガラス材料、
F) 0.1重量%から5重量%までの相溶化剤
を含み(ここで、成分A)、B)、C)、D)、E)、およびF)の量は、A)、B)、C)、D)、E)、およびF)の総重量に対するものであり、合計は100%となる)、ISO 1133-2:2011に準じた、230℃、2.16kg荷重でのメルトフローレートMFRは、少なくとも1.0g/10分である、

を含む、請求項1に記載の消耗フィラメントの使用。 - 成分A)が、マトリックス中にゴム相が分散されている異相プロピレン共重合体であり、
- 該マトリックスは、プロピレン単独重合体、または10重量%以下のエチレン含有量を有するプロピレンエチレン共重合体であり、25℃のキシレンに可溶性の画分を10重量%未満有し、
- 該ゴム相は、(i)15重量%から75重量%までの範囲のエチレン含有量を有するプロピレンエチレン共重合体、もしくは(ii)35重量%から70重量%までの範囲のエチレン含有量を有するエチレン-C4~C8アルファオレフィン共重合体であるか、または(iii)該ゴム相は、プロピレンエチレン共重合体とエチレン-C4~C8アルファオレフィン共重合体との混合物である、
請求項1または2に記載の消耗フィラメントの使用。 - 成分A)が、マトリックス中にゴム相が(細かく)分散されている異相プロピレン共重合体であり、該マトリックスは、該異相共重合体の総重量に対して30重量%から70重量%までの、好ましくは42重量%から63重量%までの範囲であり、残りの100重量%までの部分は該ゴム相である、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の消耗フィラメントの使用。
- 成分A)が、マトリックス中にゴム相が(細かく)分散されている異相プロピレン共重合体であり、該マトリックスは、プロピレン単独重合体であり、該ゴム相は、プロピレンエチレン共重合体の、そしてエチレン-C4~C8アルファオレフィン共重合体の混合物である、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の消耗フィラメントの使用。
- 成分B)が、25℃のキシレンに可溶性の画分を5重量%未満有するプロピレン単独重合体である、請求項1または5に記載の消耗フィラメントの使用。
- 成分C)が、5重量%から30重量%までのポリスチレンを含有し、70ポイント以下の値の硬度(ショアA、ASTM D-2240-15)を有するスチレン-エチレン/ブチレン-スチレンブロック共重合体、スチレン-エチレン/プロピレン-スチレンブロック共重合体、スチレン-ブタジエン-スチレンブロック共重合体、およびスチレン-イソプレン-スチレンブロック共重合体のうちの1つまたは複数からなる群から選択される、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載の消耗フィラメントの使用。
- 成分D)が、80ポイント以下の値の硬度(ショアA、ASTM D-2240-15)を有する、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載の消耗フィラメントの使用。
- 成分D)が、20重量%から40重量%までの1-ブテンを有し、好ましくは0.89g/ml未満の密度(ASTM D-792に準じて測定された)を有する、エチレンと1-ブテンとの弾性熱可塑性共重合体である、請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載の消耗フィラメントの使用。
- 成分E)が、平均長が10μmから20mmまでのガラス繊維もしくはチョップトガラス繊維、または平均粒径が3μmから5mmまでの範囲の、粉末ガラスの形態のガラス粒子もしくはミルドグラスファイバー、またはそれらの組合せを含む、請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載の消耗フィラメントの使用。
- 成分F)が、無水マレイン酸をグラフトしたプロピレン重合体である、請求項1~10のいずれか一項に記載の消耗フィラメントの使用。
- 押出系付加製造システムによって物品を作製する方法であって、請求項1~11に記載のプロピレン重合体組成物を含むフィラメントの形態の、流動性造形用材料を押し出すことを含む方法。
- 押出系付加製造システムによって物品を作製する方法あって、堆積された請求項1~11に記載のプロピレン重合体組成物のストランド、液滴、またはビーズを溶融結合することを含む方法。
