Abstract
Description
本開示は概して電気モータの分野に関する。特に本開示は電気モータ、具体的には外側ロータモータを冷却するためのシステムに関する。
近年、電気自動車、ドローン、ボート、ポンプ、その他など、様々な用途で電気モータを使用することに関心が高まっている。電気モータには多種多様な種類があり、いくつかの例は、同期又は非同期モータ、DC又はACモータ、ブラシ付き又はブラシレスモータ、インランナー(inrunner)モータ又はアウトランナー(outrunner)モータである。
本開示の目的は、従来技術における上記で確認された欠陥及び欠点の1つ又は複数を緩和、軽減又は排除し、少なくとも上記で述べた問題を解決することである。
本開示の上記の目的、並びに追加の目的、特徴及び利点は、添付の図面と合わせて考慮した場合、本発明の例示的な実施形態の以下の例示的且つ非限定的な詳細な記載を参照することによって、より完全に理解されるであろう。

Claims (7)
- - 静止した内側部分(110)及び回転可能な外側部分(120)を有するハウジング(100)と、
- 前記ハウジング(100)の前記静止した内側部分(110)に支持されたステータ(101)と、
- 前記ハウジング(100)の前記回転可能な外側部分(120)に取り付けられ、前記ステータ(101)の周りを自由に回転するように配置されたロータ(102)と
を備えた電気モータであって、
- 前記回転可能な外側部分(100)が、冷却媒体を受け取るように構成された少なくとも1つの入口(104A、104B)と、前記冷却媒体を排出するように構成された少なくとも1つの出口(105A、105B)とを有し、
- 前記ステータ(101)及び前記ロータ(102)が、それぞれのエポキシ層(107A、107B)内にそれぞれ別々に成形され、
- チャネル(106)が、前記成形されたロータと前記成形されたステータとの間に配置され、前記冷却媒体を前記ハウジング(100)の軸方向に導き、前記少なくとも1つの入口(104A、104B)及び前記少なくとも1つの出口(105A、105B)と流体連通し、前記電気モータの固有冷却システムを形成している、
ことを特徴とする電気モータ。 - 前記少なくとも1つの出口(105A、105B)が、前記ロータ(102)が回転する間に生み出される遠心力によって前記冷却媒体を排出する、請求項1に記載の電気モータ。
- 前記固有冷却システムが、前記ハウジングの前記静止した内側部分の中心を通って軸方向に延び、冷却媒体が流れることができるように配置された追加チャネル(108)をさらに備える、請求項1又は2に記載の電気モータ。
- 前記出口(105A、105B)のいくつかが、前記ハウジングの前記回転外側部分の外周上に整列される、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の電気モータ。
- 前記ハウジングの前記回転外側部分が少なくとも部分的に円筒形である、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の電気モータ。
- 前記少なくとも1つの出口(105A、105B)が円形開口部、スリット、星形、角形、ボアホール及び円錐開口部のいずれかである、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の電気モータ。
- 前記電気モータが、水没した状態で動作するように配置され、前記冷却媒体が水である、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載の電気モータ。
