Abstract
Description
a)手と眼の反応能力及び把持機能を測定する測定システムを準備する工程と、
b)測定システムに対して相対的に被験者の位置を決める工程と、
c)測定を開始する工程と、
d)力の作用をランダムに作動する工程と、
e)測定時間長に渡って加速度の推移を検出する工程と、
f)全ての追加検知情報を検出する工程と、
g)全ての検知データをデータ処理システムに伝送する工程と、
a.特定されたデータの記録
b.特定されたデータの記憶
c.既存のデータセット、基準データ及び/又は場合によっては、病気特有の限界値と の追加的に得られたデータの比較
d.推移値の分析
h)評価結果を出力する工程と、

有利には、光学式距離センサーである距離センサー、
例えば、主加速軸に対して直角の加速挙動を記録する加速度センサー、
把持力の測定に適した力センサー(有利には、これらの力センサーは、ピエゾ抵抗式圧力センサー、ピエゾ電気式圧力センサー又は容量式圧力センサーにより実現される)、
の中から選定される。

Claims (11)
- 手と眼の反応を測定するための測定システムであって、
一つの測定物体と、
少なくとも一つの動力源と、
少なくとも一つの保持機器と、
少なくとも一つの作動ユニットと、
少なくとも一つの第一のセンサーユニットであって、加速度を測定するように構成された第一のセンサーユニットと、
少なくとも一つの第二のセンサーユニットと、
少なくとも一つのデータ伝送用インタフェースであって、コンピュータ読取可能な信号を伝送するように構成されたインタフェースと、
少なくとも一つのデータ処理ユニットと、を有する測定システム。 - 前記の測定物体が、棒であり、10cm~120cmの範囲内の長さ、4mm~55mmの範囲内の直径及び50g~1,500gの範囲内の重量の中の一つ以上を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の測定システム。
- 前記の作動ユニットが、磁石式作動ユニット、電子式作動ユニット、電磁石式作動ユニット又は機械式作動ユニットであることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の測定システム。
- 前記の少なくとも一つの第二のセンサーユニットが、距離センサー、有利には、光学式距離センサーと、加速度センサーと、把持力の測定に適した力センサー、有利には、ピエゾ抵抗式圧力センサー、ピエゾ電気式圧力センサー又は容量式圧力センサーとの中から選定されることを特徴とする請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の測定システム。
- 前記の少なくとも一つのセンサーユニットとデータ処理ユニットが、遠隔測定形態で互いに接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載の測定システム。
- 運動、運動分析及び身体トレーニングの分野における反応時間の推移を測定する際に使用するための請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載の測定システム。
- 前記の身体トレーニングが、余暇のスポーツ、健康スポーツ並びに、特に、リハビリテーションの分野における健康のためのスポーツである請求項6に記載の測定システム。
- 神経変性疾患の医療分野における反応時間の推移を測定する際に使用するための請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載の測定システム。
- 前記の神経変性疾患が、シヌクレイノパチーのグループから、有利には、パーキンソン病、多系統萎縮症、レビー小体型認知症から、或いはタウオパシーのグループから、有利には、アルツハイマー病から選定される請求項8に記載の測定システム。
- 反応時間を定量化する方法であって、
a)請求項1~6のいずれか1項に記載の測定システムを準備する工程と、
b)測定システムに対して相対的に被験者の位置を決める工程と、
c)測定を開始する工程と、
d)力の作用をランダムに作動する工程と、
e)測定時間長に渡って加速度の推移を検出する工程と、
f)全ての追加検知情報を検出する工程と、
g)全ての検知データをデータ処理システムに伝送する工程と、
a.特定されたデータの記録
b.特定されたデータの記憶
c.既存のデータセットとの追加的に得られたデータの比較
d.推移値の分析
h)評価結果を出力する工程と、を有する方法。 - 前記の方法の工程a)~c)と、前記の方法の工程d)~f)と、前記の方法の工程g)b.~g)d.との中の一つ以上が、それぞれ任意の順番で出現することができる請求項10に記載の方法。
