前記第2の金属層と前記第3の金属層との間に挟まれた、少なくとも備わる第2の誘電体層と、
を更に備える、請求項1に記載のディスプレイ。 - 前記少なくとも備わる前記第1の誘電体層が、有機平坦化層と無機パッシベーション層とを含む、請求項4に記載のディスプレイ。
- 前記少なくとも備わる前記第2の誘電体層が、層間絶縁層とゲート絶縁層とを含む、請求項4に記載のディスプレイ。
- 前記第3の金属層と前記基板との間に挟まれたバッファ層を更に備える、
請求項4に記載のディスプレイ。 - 前記第3の金属層を前記第2の金属層の第1の部分に電気接続する第1の導電性ビアと、
前記第1の金属層を前記第2の金属層の第2の部分に電気接続する第2の導電性ビアと、
を更に備える、請求項4に記載のディスプレイ。 - 前記第1の金属層が、前記境界区域に形成された第1の部分と、前記第1の部分に電気接続されていない、前記アクティブ領域内に形成された第2の部分とを有し、前記第1の金属層の前記第1の部分が前記複数のデータ線の前記サブセットのうちいくつかを形成し、前記第1の金属層の前記第2の部分が正の電源配線を形成する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第2の金属層が、前記境界区域に形成された第1の部分と、前記アクティブ領域内に形成された第2の部分とを有し、前記第2の金属層の前記第1の部分が前記複数のデータ線の前記サブセットのうちいくつかを形成し、前記第2の金属層の前記第2の部分が、前記複数のデータ線のうちの、前記アクティブ領域内にある部分を形成する、請求項9に記載のディスプレイ。
- 前記第3の金属層が前記アクティブ領域上にない、請求項10に記載のディスプレイ。
- 前記基板上に形成された無機バッファ層と、
前記無機バッファ層上に形成されたゲート絶縁層であって、前記ゲート絶縁層と前記無機バッファ層との間に前記第3の金属層が挟まれている、ゲート絶縁層と、
を更に備える、請求項1に記載のディスプレイ。 - 第1及び第2の層間誘電体層と、
前記第1の層間誘電体層で覆われた第4の金属層と、
前記第2の層間誘電体層で覆われた第5の金属層と、
を更に備える、請求項12に記載のディスプレイ。 - 前記第2の層間誘電体層上に形成された無機パッシベーション層であって、前記無機パッシベーション層と前記第2層間誘電体層との間に前記第2の金属層が挟まれている、無機パッシベーション層と、
前記無機パッシベーション層上に形成された第1の有機平坦化層と、
前記第1の有機平坦化層上に形成された第2の有機平坦化層であって、前記第1の有機平坦化層と前記第2の有機平坦化層との間に前記第3の金属層が挟まれている、第2の有機平坦化層と、
を更に備える、請求項13に記載のディスプレイ。 - 画素のアレイを含むアクティブ領域と前記アクティブ領域内の開口部とを有する基板であって、前記開口部が対向する第1及び第2の側部を有する、基板と、
前記画素のアレイに結合された複数のゲート線と、
前記画素のアレイに結合された複数のデータ線であって、前記複数のデータ線のうちの第1の部分は前記開口部によって遮られておらず、前記複数のデータ線のうちの第2の部分は前記開口部によって遮られており、前記複数のデータ線のうちの前記第2の部分の各データ線は、前記開口部の前記第1の側部の第1のデータ線区画と、前記開口部の前記第2の側部の第2のデータ線区画と、前記アクティブ領域を通って配線され、かつ、前記第1のデータ線区画及び前記第2のデータ線区画に電気接続された補助データ線経路とを有する、複数のデータ線と、
を備える、ディスプレイ。 - 前記基板が前記アクティブ領域を取り囲む非アクティブ領域を有し、前記非アクティブ領域が対向する第1及び第2の側部を有し、前記各補助データ線経路が前記非アクティブ領域の前記第1の側部のそれぞれの第1のデータ線区画に電気接続され、また、前記各補助データ線経路が前記非アクティブ領域の前記第2の側部のそれぞれの第2のデータ線区画に電気接続されている、請求項15に記載のディスプレイ。
- 前記基板が、前記アクティブ領域を取り囲む非アクティブ領域を有し、前記各補助データ線経路が前記アクティブ領域内のそれぞれの第1のデータ線区画に電気接続され、また、前記各補助データ線経路が前記非アクティブ領域内のそれぞれの第2のデータ線区画に電気接続されている、請求項15に記載のディスプレイ。
- 前記各補助データ線経路が前記アクティブ領域内のそれぞれの第1のデータ線区画に電気接続され、前記各補助データ線経路が前記アクティブ領域内のそれぞれの第2のデータ線区画に電気接続されている、請求項15に記載のディスプレイ。
- 前記各補助データ線経路が、少なくとも部分的に第1の金属層によって形成され、前記第1の金属層が、正の電源配線を形成する第2の金属層と第3の金属層との間に挟まれる、請求項15に記載のディスプレイ。
- 前記補助データ線経路のうちの第1の補助データ線経路は、発出イネーブル制御信号を保持する発出線の上方に配線された第1の金属層から形成された水平部分を有し、前記第1の補助データ線経路が前記水平部分に電気接続された垂直部分を有し、前記垂直部分が正の電源分配経路の上方に配線された第2の金属層から形成されている、請求項15に記載のディスプレイ。
- 画素のアレイを含むアクティブ領域と前記アクティブ領域を取り囲む非アクティブ領域とを有するディスプレイであって、
前記アクティブ領域内に物理的開口部を有する基板と、
複数のデータ線の少なくとも一部分を形成する第1の金属層と、
前記第1の金属層の上に形成された第2の金属層であって、正の電源分配経路を形成する、前記アクティブ領域内の第1の部分、及び、前記複数のデータ線のうちの第1のサブセットの追加部分を形成する、前記物理的開口部の周囲にある境界区域内の第2の部分を有する、第2の金属層と、
前記物理的開口部の周囲にある前記境界区域内の前記第1の金属層の下に形成される第3の金属層であって、前記複数のデータ線のうちの第2のサブセットの追加部分を形成する、第3の金属層と、
を備える、ディスプレイ。 - 前記第2の金属層が、前記物理的開口部の周囲にある前記境界区域内の前記第3の金属層と重なり合う、請求項21に記載のディスプレイ。
