Claims (5)
- 内容物が収められたカップの開口部を封止するための蓋の材料であってカップの周壁の外面に密接する内面となる側に予め接着層が設けられているシートから、カップを覆う蓋を成形するとともに、前記蓋の周壁の内面を前記カップの周壁の外面に対して接着する封入容器の製造方法であって、
前記シートは、熱可塑性高分子材料を素材とする水溶性フィルムと、接着層とを有し、
前記蓋の成形に先んじて、コポリビドン、メタクリル酸コポリマーLD、またはアミノアルキルメタクリレートコポリマーEを、エタノールまたは水に溶解した上で前記水溶性フィルムに塗布し乾燥させることで前記接着層を構成する、方法。 - 前記カップを雄型とし、その開口部を前記シート側に向けた状態でシートをカップに対して相対的に移動させ、シートをカップに押し当てることで前記蓋を成形する請求項1記載の封入容器の製造方法。
- 前記蓋の成形後、蓋の周壁の内面を前記カップの周壁の外面に対して圧着する請求項1または2記載の封入容器の製造方法。
- 内容物が収められたカップの開口部を封止するための蓋の材料であってカップの周壁の外面に密接する内面となる側に予め接着層が設けられているシートから、カップを覆う蓋を成形する蓋成形ユニットを具備する封入容器の製造装置であって、
前記シートは、熱可塑性高分子材料を素材とする水溶性フィルムと、接着層とを有し、
前記蓋の成形に先んじて、コポリビドン、メタクリル酸コポリマーLD、またはアミノアルキルメタクリレートコポリマーEを、エタノールまたは水に溶解した上で前記水溶性フィルムに塗布し乾燥させることで前記接着層が構成された、装置。 - 前記蓋成形ユニットは、前記カップを雄型とし、その開口部を前記シート側に向けた状態でシートをカップに対して相対的に移動させ、シートをカップに押し当てることで前記蓋を成形する請求項4記載の封入容器の製造装置。
