Abstract
Description
本出願は、出願番号がCN202023027094.1で、2020年12月15日に出願された、名称が「ポータブル電源用の電池迅速交換装置」である中国特許出願、並びに出願番号がCN202011451311.1で、2020年12月9日に出願された、名称が「電源システム及びその制御方法」である中国特許出願の優先権を主張するものであり、両者はいずれも援用によって本出願に組み込まれた。
Claims (12)
- ポータブル電源に用いられる電池迅速交換装置であって、
電源ハウジング及び取り外し可能である幾つかの電池を含み、
前記電源ハウジングは、前記幾つかの電池を収納するための幾つかの電池室を有し、
前記電池室には、電池室開口部及び前記電池室内に位置する第1コネクタが設けられ、
前記電池には、前記第1コネクタに插着可能な第2コネクタが設けられ、
取り外し可能な前記電池は前記電池室開口部を介して前記電池室内に組み込まれ、且つ前記第2コネクタは前記第1コネクタに插着され、
複数の前記電池室内に組み込まれた前記電池が電気的に並列接続されることを特徴とする電池迅速交換装置。 - 前記電源ハウジングは、前記電池室に設置されたバックルをさらに含み、前記バックルは、前記電池が前記電池室内に組み込まれる際に前記電池を前記電池室内にロックすることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池迅速交換装置。
- 前記電源ハウジングに固定され、且つ幾つかの前記電池室開口部を覆うための取り外し可能な保護カバーをさらに含み、前記保護カバーは幾つかの前記電池室開口部の一方側を覆い、且つ対応する前記電池室開口部に弾性部が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池迅速交換装置。
- 前記電池室には、前部及び後部が設けられており、前記電池室開口部は前記前部に位置し、前記第1コネクタは前記後部に設置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池迅速交換装置。
- 前記電池室内には、前記第1コネクタに隣接する第1ガイド部がさらに設けられており、前記電池には、前記第1ガイド部と嵌合可能な第2ガイド部が設けられており、前記後部から前記前部に向かう方向において、前記第1ガイド部の長さが前記第1コネクタの長さよりも大きいことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の電池迅速交換装置。
- 前記後部には、緩衝部がさらに設けられ、前記電池が前記電池室内に組み込まれる際に、前記緩衝部は、前記電池によって押し付けられて弾性変形が生じることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の電池迅速交換装置。
- 前記電池室は、前記前部から前記後部まで延びる第1ポカヨケ機構をさらに含み、前記電池には、前記第1ポカヨケ機構と貼り合わせた第2ポカヨケ機構が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の電池迅速交換装置。
- 前記電池には、充電インターフェース及び/又は放電インターフェースがさらに設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池迅速交換装置。
- 前記充電インターフェース及び/又は前記放電インターフェースに関連付けられた充放電制御デバイスをさらに含み、前記充放電制御デバイスは、充放電回路、コントローラ及び検出回路を含み、そのうち、
前記充放電回路は電池室内の複数の電池に接続され、
前記コントローラは前記充放電回路、前記複数の電池に接続され、
前記検出回路は、前記複数の電池と前記コントローラに接続され、前記複数の電池における電圧値を検出し、且つ前記電圧値に基づいて、前記複数の電池のうちの少なくとも一部の電池を前記充放電回路に接続して並列運転させるように制御することに用いられ、ここで、前記少なくとも一部の電池は、前記複数の電池において電圧差が所定値を超えない全ての電池であることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の電池迅速交換装置。 - 前記充放電制御デバイスは、前記複数の電池のそれぞれに対応して接続されるMOSトランジスタをさらに含むことができ、前記複数の電池のそれぞれは前記MOSトランジスタを介して前記充放電回路に接続され、前記充放電回路はMOSトランジスタのオン・オフを制御することで電池の接続と切断を制御することを特徴とする請求項9に記載の電池迅速交換装置。
- 前記電池には、電池の電気量を表示するための表示装置がさらに設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池迅速交換装置。
- 前記電源ハウジングに設置された放熱フィンをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池迅速交換装置。
