Abstract
Description
図1は、本実施形態に係る情報処理システム200の構成例を示すブロック図である。本実施形態に係る情報処理システム200は、記憶部210と、受付部220と、処理部230と、を含む。また、記憶部210は学習済モデル212を記憶する。学習済モデル212は、図2や図3で後述する印刷装置1の印刷ヘッド30の交換に関する情報を出力するプログラムモジュールであり、後述する機械学習が行われることにより生成または更新される。
以上の説明においては、ノズル面画像情報NIと交換要否情報を対応付けたデータセットに基づく機械学習について説明したが、本実施形態の手法はこれに限定されず、種々の変形実施が可能である。例えば、前述のノズル面画像情報NIと吐出結果情報を入力データとするデータセットに基づく機械学習を行ってもよい。ここでの吐出結果情報とは、図3で前述したテストパターンPTを第2撮像部81で撮像した画像データであり、前述のように、吐出結果情報からインク吐出位置のずれ量を把握することができる。つまり、学習部420は、ノズル面画像情報NIと吐出結果情報を入力データとし、交換要否情報を正解データとする機械学習に基づく学習済モデル212を生成することで、吐出結果情報を考慮した機械学習を実現することができる。言い換えれば、学習済モデル212は、ノズル面画像情報NIと、交換要否情報と、インク吐出位置のずれ量を含む吐出結果情報とを対応付けたデータセットに基づき機械学習されている。

- 印刷ヘッドのノズル面を撮影したノズル面画像情報と、前記印刷ヘッドの交換要否又は前記印刷ヘッドの交換タイミングを表す交換要否情報とを対応付けたデータセットに基づき、前記印刷ヘッドの交換条件を機械学習した学習済モデルを記憶する記憶部と、
前記ノズル面画像情報を受け付ける受付部と、
受け付けた前記ノズル面画像情報と前記学習済モデルに基づいて、前記印刷ヘッドの前記交換要否情報を出力する処理部と、

前記ワイピング履歴情報は、ワイピング回数及びワイピング強度のいずれかに関する情報を含むことを特徴とする情報処理システム。 - 請求項10に記載の情報処理システムにおいて、
前記回復クリーニング履歴情報は、回復クリーニングの実行間隔の情報を含むことを特徴とする情報処理システム。 - 請求項1乃至12のいずれか一項に記載の情報処理システムにおいて、
前記学習済モデルは、前記ノズル面画像情報と、前記交換要否情報と、インク情報とを対応付けたデータセットに基づき機械学習されていることを特徴とする情報処理システム。 - 請求項13に記載の情報処理システムにおいて、
前記インク情報は、インク組成情報及びインク粘度情報のいずれかに関する情報を含むことを特徴とする情報処理システム。 - 印刷ヘッドのノズル面を撮影したノズル面画像情報と、前記印刷ヘッドの交換要否又は前記印刷ヘッドの交換タイミングを表す交換要否情報とを対応付けたデータセットに基づき、前記印刷ヘッドの交換条件を機械学習した学習済モデルを記憶し、
前記ノズル面画像情報を受け付け、
受け付けた前記ノズル面画像情報と前記学習済モデルに基づいて、前記印刷ヘッドの前記交換要否情報を出力することを特徴とする情報処理方法。 - 印刷ヘッドのノズル面を撮影したノズル面画像情報と、前記印刷ヘッドの交換要否又は前記印刷ヘッドの交換タイミングを表す交換要否情報とを対応付けたデータセットを取得する取得部と、
取得した前記データセットに基づいて、前記印刷ヘッドの前記交換要否を機械学習する学習部と、
を含むことを特徴とする学習装置。
