Claims (10)
- センサ用のセンサモジュール(1)であって、前記センサモジュール(1)は、
モータと、
− カバーを備えたハウジング部材と、
− 洗浄装置と、を含み、
− 前記洗浄装置は、第1の流体ノズル(2)を備えた流体ノズル装置を有し、前記流体ノズル装置は、前記モータ(4)を用いて前記カバーの表面(3a、3b)に沿って移動可能であり、前記カバーの前記表面(3a、3b)に流体を導くように構成されている、センサモジュール(1)。 - 前記第1の流体ノズル(2)は第1の出口開口部(7a)を含み、前記出口開口部(7a)は、点状および/または線状である、請求項1に記載のセンサモジュール(1)。
- 前記第1の流体ノズル(2)は、前記カバーの前記表面(3a、3b)に流体を導くように構成された第2の出口開口部(7b)を有し、前記第1の出口開口部(7a)と前記第2の出口開口部(7b)とは異なる方向を向いている、請求項2に記載のセンサモジュール(1)。
- 前記第1の流体ノズル(2)はさらに、前記カバーの表面法線に対して30°〜60°の角度で流体を前記カバーの前記表面(3a、3b)に導くように設置されている、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のセンサモジュール(1)。
- 前記第1の出口開口部(7a)に向かってテーパがついた前記第1の流体ノズル(2)の断面(Q)は、三角形または円形である、請求項2または3に記載のセンサモジュール(1)。
- 前記第1の流体ノズル(2)は、前記モータによって直線および/または曲線の経路で移動可能である、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のセンサモジュール(1)。
- 前記第1の流体ノズル(2)は、前記モータによって自己回転を行うように構成されている、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のセンサモジュール(1)。
- 前記洗浄装置は、流体の温度を調節するように構成された加熱装置をさらに有する、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のセンサモジュール(1)。
- 請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載のセンサモジュール(1)を含むLiDARセンサ(40)。
- 請求項9に記載のLiDARセンサ(40)を含む移動手段(50)。
