Claims (10)
- 複数の電池セルが積層された電池セル積層体と;
前記電池セル積層体の前面および後面にそれぞれ設けられた第1バスバーフレームおよび第2バスバーフレームと;
前記第1バスバーフレームおよび前記第2バスバーフレームを連結する軟性回路基板とを含み、
前記軟性回路基板は、互いに分離された第1軟性回路基板部と第2軟性回路基板部とを含み、前記第1軟性回路基板部および前記第2軟性回路基板部はコネクタにより連結される、電池モジュール。 - 前記コネクタは、前記軟性回路基板の中央に形成され、前記第1軟性回路基板部と前記第2軟性回路基板部とを連結する、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記コネクタは、前記軟性回路基板の両端部のうちの一端に形成され、前記第1軟性回路基板部と前記第2軟性回路基板部とを連結する、請求項1または2に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記電池セル積層体は、前記電池セル積層体の中央および両端に前記複数の電池セルを垂直な方向に固定する電池セル固定部を含む、請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記コネクタは、前記電池セル固定部上に配置する、請求項4に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記コネクタは、前記第1軟性回路基板部および前記第2軟性回路基板部の対向端部それぞれに形成され、前記第1軟性回路基板部および前記第2軟性回路基板部を連結させる、請求項1〜5の何れか一項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 第1バスバーフレームおよび第2バスバーフレームが電池セル積層体の前面および後面にそれぞれ結合する段階と、
第1軟性回路基板部は前記第1バスバーフレームに結合し、第2軟性回路基板部は前記第2バスバーフレームに結合する段階と、
前記第1軟性回路基板部および前記第2軟性回路基板部はコネクタにより連結される段階とを含む、電池モジュールの製造方法。 - 前記第1バスバーフレームおよび前記第2バスバーフレームが前記電池セル積層体に結合する段階で、前記第1バスバーフレームおよび前記第2バスバーフレームは、前記電池セル積層体の前記前面および前記後面にそれぞれ垂直な方向に結合する、請求項7に記載の電池モジュールの製造方法。
- 前記第1バスバーフレームおよび前記第2バスバーフレームが前記第1軟性回路基板部および前記第2軟性回路基板部とそれぞれ結合する段階で、前記第1バスバーフレームおよび前記第2バスバーフレームと前記第1軟性回路基板部および前記第2軟性回路基板部はそれぞれ垂直な方向に結合する、請求項7または8に記載の電池モジュールの製造方法。
- 請求項1〜6の何れか一項に記載の電池モジュールを含む、電池パック。
