Abstract
Description

(a)加熱要素または圧電素子に電流を供給するように構成された電源、
(b)電源からの電流を制御するように適合されたコントローラ、および

液体エアロゾル前駆体組成物を収容するリザーバと、
加熱要素または圧電素子、および、リザーバと流体連通し且つ加熱要素または圧電素子と流体連通する液体輸送要素、を含む噴霧器であって、エアロゾル前駆体組成物から第1のエアロゾルを生成するように構成され、第1のエアロゾル送達経路と流体連通して配置され、第1の空気入口と流体連通する噴霧器と、

- 第1および第2の開口を有する吸い口端キャップをさらに含み、第1の開口が、第1のエアロゾル送達経路の下流にあり、第1のエアロゾル送達経路と流体連通し、第2の開口が、別個のエアロゾル送達経路の中に香味料注入済み材料が配置された別個のエアロゾル送達経路のうちの少なくとも1つの下流にあり、別個のエアロゾル送達経路の中に香味料注入済み材料が配置された別個のエアロゾル送達経路のうちの少なくとも1つと流体連通する、請求項6に記載のエアロゾル送達装置。
- ユーザが、異なるエアロゾル送達経路の中に香味料注入済み材料が配置された異なるエアロゾル送達経路と流体連通するように第2の開口を動かすことができるように、吸い口端キャップが回転可能である、請求項7に記載のエアロゾル送達装置。
- 噴霧器が、複数のエアロゾル経路を提供するハウジングの上流の別個のハウジング内に配置され、複数のエアロゾル経路を提供するハウジングが、別個のハウジングに固定的にまたは取り外し可能に取り付けられる、請求項1に記載のエアロゾル送達装置。
- 第1のエアロゾル送達経路が、ハウジング内の中央に配置され、第2のエアロゾル送達経路が、第1のエアロゾル送達経路を取り囲む環状領域である、請求項1に記載のエアロゾル送達装置。
- 第1のエアロゾル送達経路を取り囲む環状領域が、複数の別個のエアロゾル送達経路に分割され、複数の別個のエアロゾル送達経路のそれぞれが異なる香味料注入済み材料を収容し、別個の空気入口と流体連通し、第1および第2の開口を有する吸い口端キャップをさらに含み、第1の開口が、第1のエアロゾル送達経路の下流にあり、第1のエアロゾル送達経路と流体連通し、第2の開口が、別個のエアロゾル送達経路の中に香味料注入済み材料が配置された別個のエアロゾル送達経路のうちの少なくとも1つの下流にあり、別個のエアロゾル送達経路の中に香味料注入済み材料が配置された別個のエアロゾル送達経路のうちの少なくとも1つと流体連通する、請求項10に記載のエアロゾル送達装置。
- ユーザが、異なるエアロゾル送達経路の中に香味料注入済み材料が配置された異なるエアロゾル送達経路と流体連通するように第2の開口を動かすことができるように、吸い口端キャップが回転可能である、請求項11に記載のエアロゾル送達装置。
- 第2のエアロゾル送達経路内に配置された香味料注入済み材料の少なくとも一部を加熱するように配置されたヒータをさらに含む、請求項1に記載のエアロゾル送達装置。
- 香味料注入済み材料が、液体担体と、液体担体と混合された香味料とを含む液体溶液またはエマルジョンを含み、エアロゾルジェットアレイが、香味料注入済み材料から液滴を形成するように第2のエアロゾル送達経路内に配置される、請求項1に記載のエアロゾル送達装置。
- 噴霧器が、複数のエアロゾル経路を提供するハウジング内に配置される、請求項1に記載のエアロゾル送達装置。
- 第1のエアロゾル送達経路および第2のエアロゾル送達経路が、ハウジング内で並列構成にある、請求項15に記載のエアロゾル送達装置。
- 香味料を含む内部ペイロードを収容する少なくとも1つの破壊可能なカプセルが、第2のエアロゾル送達経路内に配置される、請求項1に記載のエアロゾル送達装置。
- 液体担体と、液体担体と混合された香味料とを含む液体溶液またはエマルジョンを含む香味料注入済み材料と流体連通する回転可能な吸収材料をさらに含み、回転可能な吸着材料が、回転中に香味料注入済み材料の液滴を生成するように構成される、請求項1に記載のエアロゾル送達装置。
- 第1のエアロゾルが呼吸可能であり、第2のエアロゾルが非呼吸可能である、請求項1に記載のエアロゾル送達装置。
- 請求項1に記載のエアロゾル送達装置であって、
(a)加熱要素または圧電素子に電流を供給するように構成された電源、
(b)電源からの電流を制御するように適合されたコントローラ、および
(c)コントローラと通信し、エアロゾル送達装置の圧力低下を、またはエアロゾル送達装置の一部内の圧力低下を、感知するように適合されたフローセンサ、
のうちの1つ以上をさらに含むエアロゾル送達装置。 - 少なくとも1つの吸い口端開口部を有するエアロゾル送達装置からユーザの口腔に複数のエアロゾルを送達する方法であって、
(i)噴霧器を通して空気を流入させることによって第1のエアロゾルを形成することとであって、噴霧器は、エアロゾル前駆体組成物、エアロゾル送達装置の吸い口端開口部につながる第1のエアロゾル送達経路、および、第1の空気入口、と流体連通する、第1のエアロゾルを形成することと、
(ii)第1のエアロゾル送達経路とは別個の第2のエアロゾル送達経路を通して空気を流入させることによって第2のエアロゾルを形成することであって、第2のエアロゾル送達経路は、第2のエアロゾル送達経路の中に香味料注入済み材料を収容し、第2の空気入口、および、エアロゾル送達装置の吸い口端開口部、と流体連通する、第2のエアロゾルを形成することと、
(iii)エアロゾル送達装置の少なくとも1つの吸い口端開口部を通してユーザの口腔内に第1および第2のエアロゾルを通過させることと、
を含む方法。 - 液体エアロゾル前駆体組成物が香味料を実質的に含まず、場合によりニコチンを含有する、請求項21に記載の方法。
- 香味料注入済み材料が、液体担体と、液体担体と混合された香味料とを含む液体溶液またはエマルジョンを含むか、基材と、基材によって担持された放出可能な香味料とを含む、請求項21に記載の方法。
- 香味料注入済み材料が、1つ以上の多孔性モノリス、ビーズ、粒子、ゲル、カプセルおよびコーティングの形態である、請求項21に記載の方法。
- 第1のエアロゾルが呼吸可能であり、第2のエアロゾルが非呼吸可能である、請求項21に記載の方法。
