Abstract
Description
本実施形態に係る回転電機10は、同期式多相交流モータであり、アウタロータ構造(外転構造)のものとなっている。回転電機10の概要を図1〜図5に示す。図1は、回転電機10の全体を示す斜視図であり、図2は、回転電機10の平面図であり、図3は、回転電機10の縦断面図(図2の3−3線断面図)であり、図4は、回転電機10の横断面図(図3の4−4線断面図)であり、図5は、回転電機10の構成要素を分解して示す分解断面図である。以下の記載では、回転電機10において、回転軸11が延びる方向を軸方向とし、回転軸11の中心から放射状に延びる方向を径方向とし、回転軸11を中心として円周状に延びる方向を周方向としている。
(A)固定子60において、周方向における各導線部(後述する中間導線部152)の間に導線間部材を設け、かつその導線間部材として、1磁極における導線間部材の周方向の幅寸法をWt、導線間部材の飽和磁束密度をBs、1磁極における磁石32の周方向の幅寸法をWm、磁石32の残留磁束密度をBrとした場合に、Wt×Bs≦Wm×Brの関係となる磁性材料を用いている。
(B)固定子60において、周方向における各導線部(中間導線部152)の間に導線間部材を設け、かつその導線間部材として、非磁性材料を用いている。
(C)固定子60において、周方向における各導線部(中間導線部152)の間に導線間部材を設けていない構成となっている。
以下に、上記実施形態に関する変形例を説明する。
上記実施形態又は上記変形例において、導線としての導線材CRの構成を次のようにしてもよい。以下、この変形例における導線材CRの構成を中心に詳しく説明する。なお、本変形例では、主に、上記各実施形態及び各変形例等で説明した構成に対する相違部分について説明する。また、本変形例では、回転電機10の基本構成として、第1実施形態のものを例に説明する。
上記変形例2における導線材CR及び固定子巻線61の構成を、以下に説明するように変更してもよい。なお、この別例では、主に、上記各実施形態及び各変形例等で説明した構成に対する相違部分について説明する。また、本変形例では、基本構成として、変形例2のものを例に説明する。
Claims (2)
- 電機子巻線(61)を有する電機子(60)を備える回転電機(10)において、
前記電機子巻線は、導線(CR)が巻回されることにより構成されており、
前記導線は、複数の素線(501)が束ねられた状態で絶縁被膜(502)により覆われることにより、構成されており、
前記素線は、電流が流れる導体(503)と、前記導体の表面を覆う融着層(504)とを備え、
前記融着層は、複数の素線が束ねられた状態では、融着層同士が接触し、融着しており、
各々の前記導線間において真直度が異なることに基づき、前記電機子巻線において前記導線の間には、隙間が形成されており、
前記導線の間に形成された隙間には充填材が充填されている回転電機。 - 電機子巻線(61)を備える回転電機(10)の製造方法において、
電流が流れる導体(503)と、前記導体の表面を覆う融着層(504)とを有する複数の素線(501)を束ねて、融着層同士を接触させ、融着させる集合工程(S101)と、
前記集合工程により束ねられた複数の前記素線を、テープ状の絶縁被膜(502)によって覆うことにより導線を形成する被覆工程(S105)と、
前記被覆工程において得られた前記導線を円筒形状のボビンに巻き取る巻取工程(S105a)と、
前記巻取工程により得られた前記ボビンから前記導線を引き出す引出工程(S105b)と、
前記引出工程において引き出された導線を、巻回して前記電機子巻線を形成する巻回工程(S106)と、
前記電機子巻線において、前記導線間の隙間に充填材を充填する充填工程(S107)と、を有する回転電機の製造方法。
