Claims (14)
- 電極支持体と、
前記電極支持体の外側に螺旋状に巻き取られているシート型の内部電極と、
前記内部電極の外側に螺旋状に巻き取られているシート型の第1固体電解質層と、
前記第1固体電解質層の外側に螺旋状に巻き取られているシート型のバイポーラ電極と、
前記バイポーラ電極の外側に螺旋状に巻き取られているシート型の第2固体電解質層と、
前記第2固体電解質層の外側に螺旋状に巻き取られているシート型の外部電極とを含み、
前記第1固体電解質層及び第2固体電解質層は、有機固体電解質を含み、
前記内部電極及び外部電極は、前記第1固体電解質層及び第2固体電解質層にそれぞれ対面する一面の長手方向の両端部に絶縁コーティング部を備え、前記バイポーラ電極は、両面の長手方向の両端部に絶縁コーティング部を備えるフレキシブル二次電池。 - 前記内部電極及び外部電極は、長手方向の両端部に備えられた絶縁コーティング部が前記第1固体電解質層及び第2固体電解質層にそれぞれ対面するように巻き取られている、請求項1に記載のフレキシブル二次電池。
- 前記バイポーラ電極と前記第2固体電解質層との間に、一つ以上のシート型固体電解質層及びシート型バイポーラ電極をさらに備える、請求項1又は請求項2に記載のフレキシブル二次電池。
- 前記有機固体電解質が、ポリエチレンオキサイド、ポリプロピレンオキサイド、ポリエチレンイミン、ポリエチレンスルファイド及びポリビニルアセテートから選択される固体高分子電解質、または、ポリエチレンオキサイド、ポリフッ化ビニリデン、ポリフッ化ビニリデン−ヘキサフルオロプロピレン、ポリメチルメタクリレート、ポリアクリロニトリル及びポリビニルアセテートから選択される高分子を使用するゲル型高分子電解質である、請求項1〜請求項3のいずれか一項に記載のフレキシブル二次電池。
- 前記シート型の内部電極、バイポーラ電極及び外部電極に備えられた長手方向の絶縁コーティング部は、それぞれ独立して、前記シート型の内部電極、バイポーラ電極及び外部電極の幅を基準にして1〜50%の幅を有する、請求項1〜請求項4のいずれか一項に記載のフレキシブル二次電池。
- 前記絶縁コーティング部は、Fe、Ca、Ba、Zn、Al、Ni、Sn、Cu、Cr、Cd、Nd、Mn、Mo、Si、Ti、W、Bi、Sr、Li、Y、Mg、Ce、Hf及びVからなる群より選択された元素の酸化物、炭化物、窒化物、またはこれらのうち2以上の混合物を含む、請求項1〜請求項5のいずれか一項に記載のフレキシブル二次電池。
- 前記絶縁コーティング部は、酸化物系固体電解質を含む、請求項1〜請求項6のいずれか一項に記載のフレキシブル二次電池。
- 前記酸化物系固体電解質は、Li3xLa2/3−xTiO3(LLTO)(0<x<1)、Li7La3Zr2O12(LLZO)、Li1+xAlxTi2−X(PO4)3(LATP)(0<x<1)、Li1+xAlxGe2−X(PO4)3(LAGP)(0<x<1)、Li1.4Zn(GeO4)4、Li3N、Li3+yPO4−xNx(LIPON)(0<x<4、0<y<3)、Li3.6Si0.6P0.4O4またはこれらの混合物を含む、請求項7に記載のフレキシブル二次電池。
- 前記内部電極は、内部集電体及び前記内部集電体の一面に形成された内部電極活物質層を含み、
前記外部電極は、外部集電体及び前記外部集電体の一面に形成された外部電極活物質層を含む、請求項1〜請求項8のいずれか一項に記載のフレキシブル二次電池。 - 前記バイポーラ電極は、バイポーラ電極集電体、前記バイポーラ電極集電体の一面に形成された正極活物質層、及び前記バイポーラ電極集電体の他面に形成された負極活物質層を含む、請求項1〜請求項9のいずれか一項に記載のフレキシブル二次電池。
- 前記シート型の内部電極、第1固体電解質層、バイポーラ電極、第2固体電解質層及び外部電極は、一方向に延びたストリップ構造である、請求項1〜請求項10のいずれか一項に記載のフレキシブル二次電池。
- 前記電極支持体は、内部に空間が形成されている開放構造である、請求項1〜請求項11のいずれか一項に記載のフレキシブル二次電池。
- 前記電極支持体は、螺旋状に巻き取られた一つ以上のワイヤ、螺旋状に巻き取られた一つ以上のシート、捩れたワイヤ、線形ワイヤ、中空糸、メッシュ型支持体、相互平行に配置された2以上の線形ワイヤ支持体、または相互交差するように螺旋状に巻き取られた2個以上のワイヤ型支持体を含む、請求項1〜請求項12のいずれか一項に記載のフレキシブル二次電池。
- 前記フレキシブル二次電池の外面を囲むように形成された保護被覆をさらに含む、請求項1〜請求項13のいずれか一項に記載のフレキシブル二次電池。
