Claims (9)
- 正極端子と、負極端子と、前記正極端子と前記負極端子との間に順次に直列で接続される複数の二次電池、及びバスバーを含むバッテリーモジュールと接続されて、前記複数の二次電池それぞれの電圧を測定するための電圧測定装置であって、
前記複数の二次電池それぞれと電気的にそれぞれ接続されて前記複数の二次電池それぞれの電圧を受信する複数の電圧入力端子、及び前記バッテリーモジュールの負極端子と電気的に接続された第1基準接地と電気的に接続される第1接地端子を含む測定部と、
前記測定部から前記複数の二次電池それぞれの電圧を受信し、前記第1基準接地と電気的に接続された第2接地端子を含む制御部と、を含み、
前記複数の電圧入力端子のうち一つは、前記バスバーの一端と接続された第2基準接地と電気的に接続され、前記第2基準接地に印加された電圧を受信する基準電圧入力端子であり、
前記基準電圧入力端子は、前記第1基準接地とは異なる基準電位を有するように、前記第1基準接地から電気的に分離される、電圧測定装置。 - 前記制御部は、前記複数の二次電池のうち少なくとも一つの電圧を用いて、前記複数の二次電池のうち少なくとも一つの直流内部抵抗を演算するように構成される、請求項1に記載の電圧測定装置。
- 前記基準電圧入力端子は、第1線路を通じて前記第2基準接地と電気的に接続され、
前記第1基準接地は、前記第1線路とは電気的に分離された第2線路を通じて、前記バッテリーモジュールの負極端子と電気的に接続される、請求項1または2に記載の電圧測定装置。 - 前記基準電圧入力端子は、前記バスバーの一端と接続された前記第2基準接地に印加された電圧を基準電位として有し、
前記第1基準接地は、前記バスバーの他端と接続された前記バッテリーモジュールの負極端子に印加された電圧を基準電位として有するように構成される、請求項3に記載の電圧測定装置。 - 前記第1線路と前記第2線路とは、印刷回路基板上で相互電気的に分離される、請求項3または4に記載の電圧測定装置。
- 前記第1線路及び前記第2線路は、充放電電流が流れないように構成された、請求項5に記載の電圧測定装置。
- 正極端子と、負極端子と、前記正極端子と前記負極端子との間に順次に直列で接続される複数の二次電池、及びバスバーを含むバッテリーモジュールと接続されて、前記複数の二次電池それぞれの電圧を測定する電圧測定装置であって、
前記複数の二次電池それぞれと電気的にそれぞれ接続されて前記複数の二次電池それぞれの電圧を受信する複数の電圧入力端子、及び前記バッテリーモジュールと接続された電流センサとそれぞれ接続されて前記電流センサの電圧を受信する複数の電流測定端子を含む測定部と、
前記測定部から同じ測定時刻で測定された前記複数の二次電池それぞれの電圧及び前記電流センサの電圧を受信して、前記複数の二次電池それぞれの電圧に基づいて前記複数の二次電池それぞれの電圧値を算出し、前記電流センサの電圧を用いて電流値を算出するように構成される制御部と、を含み、
前記複数の電圧入力端子のうち一つは、第1基準接地とは異なる基準電位を有するように、前記第1基準接地から電気的に分離される基準電圧入力端子であり、
前記基準電圧入力端子は、前記バスバーの一端と接続された第2基準接地と電気的に接続されて前記第2基準接地に印加された電圧を受信する、電圧測定装置。 - 請求項1から7のうちいずれか一項に記載の電圧測定装置を含む、バッテリーパック。
- 正極端子と、負極端子と、前記正極端子と前記負極端子との間に順次に直列で接続される複数の二次電池、及びバスバーを含むバッテリーモジュールと接続されて、前記複数の二次電池それぞれの電圧を測定する方法であって、
前記バッテリーモジュールの負極端子と電気的に接続されて第1基準電位を有する第1基準接地とは電気的に分離された第2基準接地に接続される基準電圧入力端子に印加される電圧を第2基準電位にして、前記複数の二次電池それぞれの電圧を受信する段階と、
前記複数の二次電池それぞれの電圧のうち少なくとも一つを用いて、前記複数の二次電池のうち少なくとも一つの直流内部抵抗を演算する段階と、を含む、方法。
