Abstract
Description
付加製造物体(AMO:additively manufactured object)を生産するための新規な製作船、
付加製造物体を生産するための新規なドックサイド構造体、
付加製造物体(「AMO」)を製作及び輸送するための方法、及び
AMOを水体に配備するための方法である。
Claims (14)
- 製作船が水体にある状態で物体を付加製造及び配備するための製作船であって、
水体の喫水線に対する第1の垂直位置に配置される製造ドックと、
前記製造ドックから出ていく及び前記製造ドックに入るために前記製造ドック上に受け入れ可能な輸送ドックと、
前記輸送ドック上に付加製造物体を構築するために前記船上に前記輸送ドックの近位に設置される付加製造装置と、
を備え、
前記製造ドックを第2の垂直位置へ下降させることが、前記喫水線よりも下の前記輸送ドックの少なくとも半没水に起因して前記輸送ドックが出ていくことを容易にする、製作船。 - 前記第2の垂直位置が、結果的に前記輸送ドックの浮力に起因して前記輸送ドックを前記製造ドックから離れさせることになる、請求項1に記載の製作船。
- 前記付加製造物体が浮力をもつ、請求項1に記載の製作船。
- 前記輸送ドックが遠隔地へ推進することができる、請求項1に記載の製作船。
- 製作船が水体にある状態で物体を付加製造及び配備するための製作船であって、
水体の喫水線に対する第1の垂直位置に配置される製造ドックと、
前記製造ドック上に付加製造物体を構築するために前記船上に前記製造ドックの近位に設置される付加製造装置と、
を備え、
前記製造ドックを第2の垂直位置へ下降させることが、前記喫水線よりも下の前記付加製造物体の少なくとも半没水に起因して前記付加製造物体の除去を容易にする、製作船。 - 前記付加製造装置が複数の付加製造物体を同時に構築する、請求項5に記載の製作船。
- 前記付加製造物体が水体に直接配備される、請求項5に記載の製作船。
- 付加製造物体を配備するための方法であって、
付加製造装置を搭載している船を水体上に提供することと、
前記船の第1のドックを第1の垂直位置に位置決めすることと、
前記第1のドック上に付加製造物体を生成するのに前記付加製造装置を用いることと、
前記付加製造物体を配備するのに必要とされる力が低減するまで前記第1のドックを下降させることと、
前記付加製造物体を水体に配備することと、
を含む、方法。 - 前記付加製造物体が波エネルギー発生器の構成要素である、請求項8に記載の付加製造物体を配備するための方法。
- 前記第1のドックが前記船とは別個であり、前記第1のドックが前記付加製造物体の生成中により大きい第2のドック上に乗る、請求項8に記載の付加製造物体を配備するための方法。
- 前記付加製造物体を生成するのに用いられる材料がセメントである、請求項8に記載の付加製造物体を配備するための方法。
- 第1の船に隣接する第2の船で前記付加製造装置に材料を供給するステップをさらに含む、請求項8に記載の付加製造物体を配備するための方法。
- 前記より大きい第2のドックが複数のより小さいドックを収容する、請求項10に記載の付加製造物体を配備するための方法。
- 前記付加製造装置が、複数の付加製造物体を同時に生成し、複数の付加製造物体を同時に配備することができる、請求項8に記載の付加製造物体を配備するための方法。
