- 前記第2の開放遠位端を中心として配置され、前記標的組織またはその近傍で前記固体水を固体水の粒子に粉砕する振動器をさらに備える、請求項10に記載のデバイス。
- 前記標的組織またはその近傍で液体水から前記固体水を形成するための冷却ガスを搬送するために前記第2のカニューレに沿って延在する第3のカニューレをさらに備える、請求項10に記載のデバイス。
- 前記第1の成分は、過冷却水であり、前記第2の成分は、固体水のペレットであり、
前記相互作用は、前記固体水のペレットによってもたらされる前記過冷却水の結晶核生成である、請求項9に記載のデバイス。 - 前記第1のカニューレの第1の開放遠位端の周囲に配置される内側バルーンであって、前記内側バルーンは、外部表面と、前記第1のカニューレと流体連通し、前記第1の成分を受容する容積とを備える、内側バルーンと、
前記第2のカニューレの第2の開放遠位端の周囲に配置される外側バルーンであって、前記外側バルーンは、内部表面と、前記第2のカニューレと流体連通し、前記第2の成分を受容する容積とを備える、外側バルーンと
をさらに備え、
前記内側バルーンの外部表面および前記外側バルーンの内部表面は、前記第1の成分と第2の成分との間の前記相互作用が生じるための空間を形成し、前記内側バルーンの内側に前記低温スラリを形成する、請求項9に記載のデバイス。 - 前記第1の成分は、水とグリセリンの混合物であり、
前記第2の成分は、冷却ガスである、請求項15に記載のデバイス。 - 前記第2のカニューレに沿って延在し、拡張位置と後退位置との間で移動可能である穿刺針をさらに備え、
前記拡張位置にある前記穿刺針は、前記内側バルーンおよび前記外側バルーンを破砕し、前記標的組織またはその近傍で前記低温スラリを放出する、請求項15に記載のデバイス。 - 前記第1および第2の開放遠位端を越えて延在し、前記標的組織またはその近傍で作製される前記低温スラリの温度を測定する温度センサをさらに備える、請求項9に記載のデバイス。
