Claims (15)
- 銅粒子と、
クロム粒子と、を含む電気接点(20、22)合金であって、
銅対クロムの互いに対する比が、重量で2:3〜20:1の範囲にあり、
炭化物の粒子が、前記合金に対して0〜73重量%の範囲の量で存在する、合金。 - 前記銅対クロムの比が55:45である、請求項1に記載の合金。
- 前記炭化物が炭化タングステンである、請求項1に記載の合金。
- 前記炭化物が炭化モリブデンである、請求項1に記載の合金。
- 前記炭化物が炭化バナジウムである、請求項1に記載の合金。
- 前記炭化物が炭化ニオブである、請求項1に記載の合金。
- 前記炭化物が炭化タンタルである、請求項1に記載の合金。
- 前記炭化物が炭化クロムである、請求項1に記載の合金。
- 前記炭化物が炭化チタンである、請求項1に記載の合金。
- 前記炭化物が炭化ハフニウムである、請求項1に記載の合金。
- 前記クロムが銅に対して5〜60重量%の範囲の量で存在し、残部が銅である、請求項1に記載の合金。
- 真空遮断器(10)で使用するための電気接点(20、22)であって、
請求項1からのいずれか一項に記載の導電性接点部材(20、22)を備える、電気接点。 - 真空遮断器(10)で使用するための電気接点(20、22)を製造する方法であって、
炭化物粒子を所望のサイズに粉砕することと、
前記粉砕された炭化物粒子よりもサイズが大きい銅及びクロム粒子を提供することと、
前記粉砕された炭化物粒子を、2:3〜20:1の銅対クロムの比で存在する前記銅及びクロム粒子と混合することと、
前記混合物を押圧して圧縮成形体にすることと、
前記圧縮成形体が、真空遮断器接点として使用するのに好適な特性を達成するように、固体焼結、液相焼結、放電プラズマ焼結、真空熱間プレス、及び熱間静水圧プレスからなる群から選択される焼結プロセスに適切な温度に前記圧縮成形体を加熱することと、を含む、方法。 - 前記緻密なブランクを機械成形することによって、所望の構成の電気接点(20、22)を形成することを更に含む、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記プロセスが焼結プロセスであり、焼結時に前記圧縮成形体の密度を増加させるために、焼結活性化元素を前記混合物に添加することを更に含む、請求項13に記載の方法。
