Abstract
Description
本発明の目的は、先行技術の段ボールの欠点の少なくともいくつかを排除または軽減する段ボールを提供することである。より具体的な目的は、ウォッシュボード効果およびカール傾向が低減された段ボールを提供することを含む。
本発明は、段ボール媒体(縦溝が形成されている)、ライナーおよび接着剤を含む段ボールに関する。この接着剤は、段ボール媒体がライナーに取り付けられるように、段ボール媒体とライナーとの間に配置される。段ボールは、少なくとも1つの段ボール媒体と少なくとも1つのライナーとを含む。段ボールは、少なくとも2つのライナーと少なくとも1つの段ボール媒体を含むことが好ましい。段ボールはまた、2つ以上の段ボール媒体および3つ以上のライナーを含み得る。ライナーは、接着剤によって段ボール媒体の少なくとも1つの表面に取り付けられる。接着剤は、好ましくは縦溝付き段ボール媒体の少なくとも1つの表面上に適用され、その後ライナーはその表面に取り付けられる。
Claims (17)
- 段ボール媒体、ライナー、および縦溝付きの段ボール媒体をライナーに取り付けるように配置された接着剤を含む段ボールであって、この接着剤はデンプンおよびミクロフィブリル化セルロースを含み、ミクロフィブリル化セルロースは97を超えるショッパー−リーグラー(SR)値を有することを特徴とする、上記段ボール。
- 前記接着剤が、接着剤の全固形分の50重量%を超える量のデンプンを含む、請求項1に記載の段ボール。
- 前記接着剤が、接着剤の全固形分の0.5〜50重量%の間の量のミクロフィブリル化セルロースを含む、請求項1または2に記載の段ボール。
- 前記接着剤中のデンプンが天然デンプンである、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の段ボール。
- 前記接着剤が生デンプン成分を含む、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の段ボール。
- 前記接着剤がデンプン担体媒体を含む、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の段ボール。
- 前記ライナーが160g/m2未満の坪量を有する、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の段ボール。
- 3〜20g/m2(乾燥)の量の接着剤を含む、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の段ボール。
- 段ボールのための接着剤であって、この接着剤はデンプンおよびミクロフィブリル化セルロースを含み、このミクロフィブリル化セルロースは97を超えるショッパー−リーグラー(SR)値を有することを特徴とする、上記接着剤。
- 前記接着剤が10〜45重量%の間の固形分を有する、請求項9に記載の接着剤。
- 前記接着剤が、接着剤の全乾燥固形分の50重量%を超える量のデンプンを含む、請求項9または10に記載の接着剤。
- 前記接着剤が生デンプン成分とデンプン担体媒体の両方を含む、請求項9〜11のいずれか1項に記載の接着剤。
- 前記接着剤が、前記接着剤の全乾燥固形分を基準として、0.1〜50重量%の間のミクロフィブリル化セルロースを含む、請求項9〜12のいずれか1項に記載の接着剤。
- 段ボール媒体およびライナーを提供するステップ、
デンプンおよびミクロフィブリル化セルロースを含む接着剤であって、このミクロフィブリル化セルロースは97を超えるショッパー−リーグラー(SR)値を有する接着剤を提供するステップ、ならびに
前記段ボール媒体を前記ライナーに付着させるように、前記段ボール媒体と前記ライナーとの間に前記接着剤を付加するステップを含む、
段ボールを製造する方法。 - 前記接着剤が、アルカリまたは温度処理によって澱粉を膨潤させ、澱粉の膨潤前、膨潤中または膨潤後のいずれかにミクロフィブリル化セルロースを添加することによって製造される、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記接着剤が、前記デンプンを調理してデンプン担体媒体を形成し、前記デンプンの調理前、調理中または調理後のいずれかに前記ミクロフィブリル化セルロースを添加することによって製造される、請求項14または15に記載の方法。
- 添加される前記ミクロフィブリル化セルロースの温度が30℃を超える、請求項15または16に記載の方法。
