Abstract
Description
i.炭化水素変換触媒の第1の層であって、炭化水素変換触媒が、
固体支持体上の脱水素活性金属を含む第1の組成物、および
無機支持体上の遷移金属を含む第2の組成物
を含む第1の層、および
ii.クラッキング触媒を含む第2の層
を含む触媒系により達成される。
以下の実施例セクションにおいて、本発明による触媒系および1つの比較例を使用してオレフィン、好ましくはエチレンおよびブテンへのプロパンの変換を調べた。
実施例1(比較用):クラッキング触媒を使用しなかった。
実施例2(比較用):SiO2とAl2O3との混合物を使用した。
実施例3:500のSi/Al比のZSM−5ゼオライトを使用した。
実施例4:シリカライトを使用した。
実施例5:SAPO−34ゼオライトを使用した。
実施例6:SAPO−11ゼオライトを使用した。
実施例7:β−ゼオライトを使用した。
Claims (15)
- i.炭化水素変換触媒の第1の層であって、前記炭化水素変換触媒が、
固体支持体上の脱水素活性金属を含む第1の組成物、および
無機支持体上の遷移金属を含む第2の組成物
を含む前記第1の層、および
ii.クラッキング触媒を含む第2の層
を含む、触媒系。 - 前記クラッキング触媒がモレキュラーシーブを含む、請求項1に記載の触媒系。
- 前記モレキュラーシーブがゼオライトおよび/またはシリカライトである、請求項2に記載の触媒系。
- 前記ゼオライトが、ZSM−5、ZSM−11、SAPO−11、およびこれらの混合物から選択される、請求項3に記載の触媒系。
- 前記第2の層に対する前記第1の層の重量比が50:1〜1:20である、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の触媒系。
- 前記脱水素活性金属が、白金、パラジウム、イリジウム、クロム、およびこれらの混合物から選択される、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の触媒系。
- 前記固体支持体が、アルミニウムオキシド、シリコンジオキシド、ジルコニウムジオキシド、チタニウムジオキシド、マグネシウムオキシド、カルシウムオキシド、およびこれらの混合物から選択される、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の触媒系。
- 前記遷移金属が、モリブデン、タングステン、レニウム、およびこれらの混合物から選択される、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の触媒系。
- 前記無機支持体が、アルミニウムオキシド、シリコンジオキシド、ジルコニウムジオキシド、チタニウムジオキシド、ゼオライト、およびこれらの混合物から選択される、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の触媒系。
- 前記第2の組成物が、混合マグネシウム−アルミニウムオキシドまたは混合カルシウム−アルミニウムオキシドをさらに含む、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の触媒系。
- 炭化水素フィードストリームを請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の触媒系と接触させることを含む、飽和炭化水素化合物を含む炭化水素フィードのオレフィン生成物への変換方法。
- 前記炭化水素フィードストリームが、エタン、プロパン、ブタン、ペンタン、およびこれらの混合物から選択されるパラフィンを含む、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 200〜800℃の範囲内の温度で実行される、請求項11または12に記載の方法。
- 前記炭化水素フィードストリームが、最初に前記炭化水素変換触媒、次に前記クラッキング触媒を接触させることにより、前記触媒系を通過させられる、請求項11から13のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記触媒系が、前記炭化水素フィードストリームと接触させる前に、250℃〜850℃の範囲内の温度で前記触媒系を不活性ガス、酸化性ガス、還元性ガス、またはこれらの混合物と接触させることにより前処理される、請求項11から14のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
