Claims (28)
- 分解性高分子および天然抗菌剤を備える包装材料であって、前記分解性高分子は、天然抗菌剤が中に分散された高分子基質を形成する、包装材料。
- 前記天然抗菌剤は、キトサン、キチン、リグニン、それらの誘導体、それらの組み合わせ、およびそれらの共重合体からなる群から選択される、請求項1に記載の包装材料。
- 前記天然抗菌剤はキトサンを含む、請求項1または2に記載の包装材料。
- 前記天然抗菌剤は、天然生物活性剤をさらに含む、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の包装材料。
- 前記天然生物活性剤は、グレープフルーツ種抽出物、オリーブ葉抽出物、ナタマイシン、ヒノキチオール、リゾチーム、バクテリオシン、精油、ティーツリー油、レモン果皮、ポメロ、シナモン、およびそれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択される、請求項4に記載の包装材料。
- 前記天然生物活性剤はグレープフルーツ種抽出物を含む、請求項4または5に記載の包装材料。
- 前記天然生物活性剤の前記天然抗菌剤に対する比は、約1:1から約3:1ml/gの範囲である、請求項4から6のいずれか一項に記載の包装材料。
- 前記天然抗菌剤は、75μm以下のサイズを有する粒子を含む、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の包装材料。
- 前記高分子基質における前記天然抗菌剤の量は、約0.01wt%から約40wt%の範囲である、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の包装材料。
- 前記高分子基質における前記天然抗菌剤の量は、約0.01wt%から約15wt%の範囲である、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の包装材料。
- 前記分解性高分子は、ポリ(ε−カプロラクトン)、脂肪族ポリエステル、ポリラクチド、ポリ(グリコリド)、ポリ(ヒドロキシエステルエーテル)、ポリ(ヒドロキシブチレート)、ポリ(無水物)、ポリカーボネート、ポリ(アミノ酸)、ポリ(エチレンオキシド)、ポリ(ホスファゼン)、ポリエーテルエステル、ポリエステルアミド、ポリアミド、それらの組み合わせ、およびそれらの共重合体からなる群から選択される、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の包装材料。
- 前記分解性高分子はポリ(ε−カプロラクトン)を含む、請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の包装材料。
- 前記天然抗菌剤は少なくとも実質的に均一に、前記高分子基質中に分散される、請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載の包装材料。
- 前記包装材料は食品包装フィルムである、請求項1から13のいずれか一項に記載の包装材料。
- 請求項1から14のいずれか一項に記載の包装材料を調製する方法であって、前記方法は、
a)天然抗菌剤を提供する段階と、
b)前記天然抗菌剤を分解性高分子中に分散させて前記包装材料を得る段階と、
を備える、方法。 - 前記天然抗菌剤は、天然生物活性剤をさらに含む、請求項15に記載の方法。
- 前記天然抗菌剤を提供する段階は、
a)前記天然抗菌剤および前記天然生物活性剤を水溶液に溶解させて水性混合溶媒を形成する段階と、
b)前記水性混合溶媒を乾燥させて前記天然抗菌剤を得る段階と、
を含む、請求項16に記載の方法。 - 前記天然抗菌剤および前記天然生物活性剤を水溶液に溶解させる段階が、周囲条件において実行される、請求項17に記載の方法。
- 前記天然抗菌剤および天然生物活性剤を水溶液に溶解させる段階は、前記天然生物活性剤の前記天然抗菌剤に対する比を約1:1から約3:1ml/gの範囲にして実行される、請求項17または18に記載の方法。
- 前記水性混合溶媒を乾燥させる段階は、フリーズドライする段階および真空乾燥させる段階の2段階法によって実行される、請求項17から19のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記フリーズドライする段階は、約1時間から約3時間の範囲の時間にわたって実行される、請求項20に記載の方法。
- 前記真空乾燥させる段階は、約1日から約3日の範囲の時間にわたって実行される、請求項20または21に記載の方法。
- 前記天然抗菌剤は、75μm以下のサイズを有する粒子を含む、請求項15から22のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記天然抗菌剤を分解性高分子中に分散させる段階は、
a)前記分解性高分子を融解させる段階と、
b)前記天然抗菌剤を、融解された前記分解性高分子と混合して、高分子混合物を形成する段階と、
c)前記高分子混合物をヒートプレスする段階と、
を含む、請求項15から23のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 前記分解性高分子を融解させる段階は、2ロールミリング工程を用いて前記分解性高分子の融点より上の温度で実行される、請求項24に記載の方法。
- 前記天然抗菌剤を融解された前記分解性高分子と混合する段階は、前記2ロールミリング工程が実行されている間に、前記天然抗菌剤を融解された前記分解性高分子の上へとふるいがけする段階を含む、請求項25に記載の方法。
- 前記高分子混合物をヒートプレスする段階は、約20MPaから約40MPaの範囲の圧力で実行される、請求項24から26のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 請求項1から14のいずれか一項に記載の包装材料、または、請求項15から27のいずれか一項に記載の方法によって調製された包装材料の、食品包装における使用。
