Abstract
Description
FIELD OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a treatment composition for repairing damaged hair using a cystamine derivative, and more particularly, it provides a cystine-binding substance for damaged hair due to frequent coloring, bleaching and perm treatment. Accordingly, the present invention relates to a treatment composition for recovering damaged hair using a cystamine derivative, which can prevent damage to the hair, strengthen the internal fiber structure of the hair and recover the healthy hair.
Maintaining good health and beauty is a way for humanity to both satisfy themselves and show off to others. As people can afford to live their lives, people will invest a lot of effort and time to become healthy and beautiful, and as the cultural standards improve, beauty of hair and body as much as facial makeup is important. I started to think.
However, such a strong interest in beauty has led to excessive hair beauty treatments such as perms, hair dryers, coloring, and manicure coating, resulting in physical and chemical damage to hair and skin. It also causes the opposite effect.
With the recent spread of bleaching, coloring, and hot perms, the number of damaged hair has increased rapidly, but once damaged, it becomes impossible to recover. Although it is advertised that commercially available hair essences and hair treatments make it possible to recover damaged hair, it is a product that uses silicone and a surfactant, and whether the consumer has temporarily recovered. It just feels like.
Also, when washing hair with shampoo, all nutrients, sebum, moisturizing ingredients, etc. that should be naturally present in the scalp and hair are easily washed away, and the scalp and hair become dry and dry, causing itching when it becomes severe. Since it causes side effects such as, it is necessary to compensate for this.
Generally, hair is composed of a protein called keratin, and in particular, the hair is a keratin protein containing 14 to 18% of cysteine among 18 kinds of amino acids. These keratin proteins are a kind of very strong protein under mild conditions like water or neutral solvent, but in daily life, they have physical properties for hair such as brushing, dryer heat, coloring, perm, etc. It is easily damaged by physical and chemical treatment.
Also, when hair is damaged by various physical, chemical or environmental factors such as frequent perms and coloring, proteins inside the hair elute and become porous, which makes the hair dry and glossy. Loses its softness and softening effect, increasing friction and making hair unmanageable. From these things, recently, with the problem that hair is easily cut or split ends occur, the hair becomes thin and loses elasticity, and there is a problem that the volume feeling disappears due to sagging without life. There is.
In order to solve such problems, continuous research has been conducted on hair compositions for improving the softness of hair during or after washing and for restoring or strengthening damaged hair. As a result, various methods have been tried and developed to provide a strong, lasting hair conditioning effect.
For example, Korean Patent Publication No. 10-2007-0038509 discloses a cosmetic agent containing an amino, amino acid or peptide conjugate of retinoic acid to prevent/treat a phenomenon related to skin aging. Since it is significantly weakened by washing, it has the disadvantage of lacking durability. U.S. Pat. No. 5,490,980 discloses that, among amino acids constituting protein components of the human body such as hair, skin, nails and the like, transglutaminase forming an isopeptide bond between lysine and glutamine is used for hair, skin and A method of using various active substances such as conditioning, antibacterial, dye, and fragrance useful for nails is disclosed, and Japanese Patent Publication No. 3567915 discloses lysine and/or glutamine residue in the molecule. Disclosed is a hair treatment agent containing a peptide having a molecular weight of 203 or more containing a group, transglutaminase, and a compound having a primary amine structure of a specific chemical formula.
However, transglutaminase, which is the enzyme used in the above-mentioned invention, is an enzyme having a macromolecule with a molecular weight of about 38 KDa, and although it can be easily applied to the surface of hair, it is substantially structurally strengthened. However, it is difficult to apply it to the damaged part inside the hair, which has a very limited effect.
Therefore, there is an urgent need for research on a treatment composition for repairing damaged hair, which can restore the hair damaged by various physical, chemical or environmental factors to the original healthy condition. ..
INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY The present invention can prevent hair damage by applying a cystine-binding substance to hair damaged by frequent coloring, bleaching, and perm treatment, and strengthen internal fiber structure of hair to improve healthy hair. A treatment composition for recovering damaged hair was prepared so as to be included in the composition table and weight ratio shown below.
1.実験例1 1. Experimental example 1
2.実験例2 2. Experimental example 2
3.実験例3 3. Experimental example 3
4. Experimental method A suitable amount of the treatment composition blended in the weight ratio of Experimental Examples 1, 2 and 3 was applied to healthy hair, left for 10 minutes, washed with warm water and dried with a dryer, and then untreated. Tested against hair.
5.結果 5. result
In the above results, the sample hair was observed every 2 days after shampooing.
With reference to the above results, it was confirmed that the damaged hair was recovered when the cystamine derivative was added, as compared with the untreated hair.
Also, from the result of adding cystamine maleate, it can be confirmed that the cut S—S— bond of damaged hair is recovered by reacting with the double bond of maleic acid.
FIG. 1 is a diagram for briefly explaining the principle of the treatment composition for recovering damaged hair using the cystamine derivative according to the present invention to recover damaged hair.
Referring to FIG. 1, the cystamine derivative according to the present invention was able to increase the elasticity and tensile strength of the hair by adding one more —S—S— of cystamine, and to feel the richness of the hair.
In addition, cystamine dicarbocysteinate and cystamine diglutamate are dipebutide-like substances and are effective in moisturizing and glossing because they form a salt bond with a protein residue of damaged hair.
Generally, hair cosmetics for damaged hair have a temporary effect of silicone, a surfactant, etc. immediately after use and are immediately washed off after shampooing, but a treatment composition containing the cystamine derivative according to the present invention. The substance was able to maintain the effect for about 2-3 weeks after the restoration of the damaged -SS- bond and the supplementation.
