Claims (8)
- 油田に繋がった配管の内部に配置され、貯留された対象油を所定の方向に送る油田用ポンプであって、
回転部と、
前記回転部の外周に配置された固定部と、
前記回転部の内部に形成された部分と前記回転部と前記固定部との間に形成された部分が繋がり、前記対象油が流れる通路と、
前記回転部と、固定部との軸方向の荷重を支持するスラスト軸受と、
前記通路の対象油の一部を前記スラスト軸受に供給する供給配管と、
前記対象油の流れ方向において、前記通路の前記供給配管よりも上流側に配置され、異物を捕集するフィルタと、を含む油田用ポンプ。 - 前記供給配管は、前記通路から分岐し、
前記フィルタは、前記通路と前記供給配管との分岐する位置に、前記通路の前記対象油の流れに沿って配置される請求項1に記載の油田用ポンプ。 - 前記分岐する位置は、前記通路の前記回転部と前記固定部との接続部である請求項2に記載の油田用ポンプ。
- 前記フィルタは、前記回転部の前記通路の入口よりも上流側に、振動可能な状態で前記固定部に固定される請求項1に記載の油田用ポンプ。
- 前記回転部の前記通路の入口に配置され、前記作動油の流れに乱流を発生させる乱流発生部を備える請求項4に記載の油田用ポンプ。
- 前記乱流発生部は、羽形状であり、回転方向に複数配置される請求項5に記載の油田用ポンプ。
- 前記フィルタは、板状の部材に、厚み方向に貫通する貫通孔が形成される請求項1から請求項6のいずれか一項に記載の油田用ポンプ。
- 前記スラスト軸受は、前記回転部の外周に固定され、前記回転部と一体で回転する突出部と、前記固定部に固定され、前記突出の軸方向の面と対面する対面部と、を含み、
前記突出部と前記対面部との間に前記対象油が充填される請求項1から請求項7のいずれか一項に記載の油田用ポンプ。
