Abstract
Description
図1、図2に示す本実施形態に係る端子付き電線100は、導電性を有する電線Wと、電線Wの端末に設けられる金属端子1とを備える。本実施形態に係る端子付き電線100は、例えば、車両等に使用されるワイヤハーネスWH1等に適用される。
実施形態2に係る端子付き電線、ワイヤハーネスは、変位規制部の構成が実施形態1とは異なる。以下では、上述した実施形態と同様の構成要素には共通の符号が付されるとともに、共通する構成、作用、効果については、重複した説明はできるだけ省略する(以下同様。)。
実施形態3に係る端子付き電線、ワイヤハーネスは、変位規制部を構成する凹部、凸部の位置関係等が実施形態2とは異なる。なお、以下で説明する図10は、箱状部を模式的な断面として図示している。また、図12は、図10に示すA−A断面図を表している。
実施形態4に係る端子付き電線、ワイヤハーネスは、変位規制部を構成する凹部、凸部の位置関係等が実施形態3とは異なる。なお、以下で説明する図15は、箱状部を模式的な断面として図示している。また、図17は、図15に示すC−C断面図を表している。

Claims (8)
- 導電性を有する電線と、
前記電線の端末に設けられる金属端子とを備え、
前記金属端子は、
前記電線が接続される電線接続部と、
前記電線接続部に連結される底体、及び、当該底体の幅方向の両端からそれぞれ突出して形成される一対の壁体によって箱状に形成され、内部の端子挿入空間部に前記幅方向と交差する軸方向に沿って相手端子を挿入可能である箱状部と、
前記端子挿入空間部内に位置し前記箱状部に弾性変形可能に片持ち状に支持され前記相手端子との接点を形成するバネ接点部とを備え、
前記箱状部は、前記一対の壁体の相対変位を規制する変位規制部を有することを特徴とする、
端子付き電線。 - 前記変位規制部は、前記一対の壁体の一方に設けられる凹部、及び、前記一対の壁体の他方に設けられ前記凹部に嵌合された凸部を含んで構成される、
請求項1に記載の端子付き電線。 - 前記一対の壁体は、それぞれ、前記底体から前記軸方向と前記幅方向とに交差する高さ方向に沿って延在する側壁部、及び、前記側壁部から前記幅方向に沿って延在し、前記高さ方向に沿って前記端子挿入空間部を挟んで前記底体と対向する天面部を有し、
前記凹部は、一対の前記天面部のうち前記端子挿入空間部側に位置する前記天面部に当該天面部を貫通して設けられ、
前記凸部は、一対の前記天面部のうち前記端子挿入空間部側とは反対側に位置する前記天面部に設けられる、
請求項2に記載の端子付き電線。 - 前記一対の壁体は、それぞれ、前記底体から前記軸方向と前記幅方向とに交差する高さ方向に沿って延在する側壁部、及び、前記側壁部から前記幅方向に沿って延在し、前記高さ方向に沿って前記端子挿入空間部を挟んで前記底体と対向する天面部を有し、
前記凹部は、一対の前記天面部のうち前記端子挿入空間部側とは反対側に位置する前記天面部に当該天面部を貫通して設けられ、
前記凸部は、一対の前記天面部のうち前記端子挿入空間部側に位置する前記天面部に設けられる、
請求項2に記載の端子付き電線。 - 前記一対の壁体は、それぞれ、前記底体から前記軸方向と前記幅方向とに交差する高さ方向に沿って延在する側壁部、及び、前記側壁部から前記幅方向に沿って延在し、前記高さ方向に沿って前記端子挿入空間部を挟んで前記底体と対向する天面部を有し、
前記変位規制部は、一対の前記天面部の一方に設けられ、一対の前記天面部の他方を挟持する挟持部を含んで構成される、
請求項1に記載の端子付き電線。 - 前記バネ接点部は、前記底体に支持される、
請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の端子付き電線。 - 前記電線接続部は、前記電線と超音波接合された超音波接合部を形成する、
請求項1乃至請求項6のいずれか1項に記載の端子付き電線。 - 導電性を有する電線、及び、前記電線の端末に設けられる金属端子を有する少なくとも1つの端子付き電線と、
前記電線に接続される接続相手電線と、
前記電線と前記接続相手電線とが超音波接合された超音波接合部とを備え、
前記金属端子は、
前記電線が接続される電線接続部と、
前記電線接続部に連結される底体、及び、当該底体の幅方向の両端から突出して形成される一対の壁体によって筒状に形成され、内部の端子挿入空間部に前記幅方向と交差する軸方向に沿って相手端子を挿入可能である箱状部と、
前記端子挿入空間部内に位置し前記箱状部に弾性変形可能に片持ち状に支持され前記相手端子との接点を形成するバネ接点部とを備え、
前記箱状部は、前記一対の壁体の相対変位を規制する変位規制部を有することを特徴とする、
