Abstract
Description
図1は、第1実施形態に係る検出装置を示す斜視図である。図2は、図1のII−II’断面図である。図1に示すように、検出装置1は、表示パネル2と、光学素子4と、光学センサ5とを有する。第3方向Dzにおいて、光学センサ5、光学素子4、表示パネル2の順に積層されている。
図17は、第2実施形態に係る検出装置の概略断面構成を示す断面図である。なお、以下の説明において、上述した実施形態で説明した構成要素については、同じ符号を付して、説明を省略する。
図23は、第3実施形態に係る検出装置の概略断面構成を示す断面図である。図24は、第3実施形態に係る表示パネル、光学素子及び光学センサの配置関係を模式的に示す断面図である。図23に示すように、第3実施形態の検出装置1Cは、上述した第1実施形態及び第2実施形態と比べて、照明装置8Aの構成が異なる。

Claims (14)
- センサ基材と、前記センサ基材に設けられ、それぞれに照射された光に応じた信号を出力する複数の光電変換素子と、を含む光学センサと、
被測定対象の方向に出射光を照射する発光素子と、
複数の第1透光領域と、非透光領域とを含み、前記光学センサと前記被測定対象との間に設けられた光学素子と、を有し、
前記光学素子において、
複数の前記第1透光領域は、複数の前記光電変換素子のそれぞれと重なる位置で前記光学素子の厚さ方向に貫通して設けられ、前記光電変換素子に入射する入射光を透過させ、
前記非透光領域は、複数の前記第1透光領域の間に設けられ、前記第1透光領域よりも光の透過率が小さい
検出装置。 - 複数の前記第1透光領域のそれぞれの面積は、複数の前記光電変換素子のそれぞれの面積よりも小さい
