Claims (17)
- 式I:

(d)前記式IIIの化合物を、メタル化剤と接触させて式Iの化合物またはその塩(式中、R 1 が水素またはアミノ保護基である)を形成するステップ
を包含する、方法。 - Lvが、水素およびハロゲンから選択され、R 1 が、アセチル、トリフルオロアセチル、フタルイミジル、ベンジル、トリフェニルメチル、ベンジリデニル、p−トルエンスルホニル、p−メトキシベンジル、tertブチルオキシカルボニル、9−フルオレニルメチルオキシカルボニルおよびカルボベンジルオキシから選択される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記臭素化剤が、臭素、ブロモトリメチルシラン、オキシ臭化リン、N−ブロモスクシンイミドおよび三臭化リンから選択される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記メタル化剤が有機金属化合物である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記有機金属化合物が、イソプロピルマグネシウムクロリド、イソプロピルマグネシウムクロリド塩化リチウム錯体、sec−ブチルマグネシウムクロリド、n−ブチルリチウム、sec−ブチルリチウム、t−ブチルリチウム、リチウムトリ−n−ブチルマグネシエート、リチウムトリイソプロピルマグネシエートおよびリチウム(イソプロピル)(ジ−n−ブチル)マグネシエートから選択される、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記メタル化剤が、有機マグネシウム化合物である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記有機マグネシウム化合物が、ハロゲン化C 1 〜C 6 アルキルマグネシウムである、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記有機マグネシウム化合物が、イソプロピルマグネシウムクロリドまたはsec−ブチルマグネシウムクロリドである、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記有機マグネシウム化合物が、イソプロピルマグネシウムクロリドである、請求項6に記載の方法。
- Lvが、水素である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- R 1 が、tertブチルオキシカルボニルである、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記環化が、前記式VI b の化合物またはその塩をホルムアミジン塩と接触させることによって達成される、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記酵素的分割が、式VI a の化合物および式VI b の化合物またはそれらの塩を含む異性体混合物を、ニトリラーゼ酵素と接触させることによって達成される、請求項12に記載の方法。
- ステップ(ii)および(iii)が、一貫プロセスで行われる、請求項12〜15のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
