Abstract
Description
‐本体上に周状態様で配置された第1テープ;及び

‐1つ又は複数のテープをテープ配置機器にロードし、ライナーを機器中にロードする。
‐第1テープを、過圧手段と組み合わされた加熱手段を使用することによって、周状態様でライナー上に配置する。これによって、テープとライナーとの間の界面が、材料の少なくとも溶融温度に加熱される。溶融した界面は、次いで規定された圧力でともにプレスされる。
‐第1テープを切断手段によって切断し、切断された第1テープの端部を超えて圧力の適用を終了する。

Claims (14)
- 本体及び該本体上に配置されたテープベースの補強構造を備える圧力容器であって、
前記テープベースの補強構造が、
‐前記本体上に周状態様で配置された第1テープ;
‐前記本体上に非周状態様で配置された第2テープであって、前記第2テープの少なくとも一部が前記第1テープに取り付けられている、第2テープ
を備える、圧力容器。 - 前記第2テープの前記少なくとも一部が、前記第1テープに貼り付けられる態様で取り付けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の圧力容器。
- 前記本体が細長い中空本体であり、前記本体が円筒状中央区画と、2つの本体端部区画と、を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の圧力容器。
- 前記本体が、前記本体の円筒状中央区画のベースにおいて始まる前記本体の前記円筒状中央区画の直径の少なくとも10%から、前記本体の長さの多くとも半分まで延びる、前記本体の長手方向に延びる第1ゾーンZ1を備えることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の圧力容器。
- 前記本体は、前記本体の前記円筒状中央区画の前記ベースにおいて始まる一方の端部区画の最も遠い点から、多くとも前記本体の前記長さの半分まで前記本体の長手方向に延びる第2ゾーンZ2を備えることを特徴とする請求項3を引用する請求項4に記載の圧力容器。
- 前記第2テープが前記本体に、前記ゾーンZ1の少なくとも1つの点から一方の端部区画に亘って配置されたZ2の少なくとも1つの点までにおいて取り付けられていることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の圧力容器。
- 前記第1テープ及び前記第2テープは混在し、混在したテープを備える表面を形成することを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の圧力容器。
- 前記混在したテープを備える表面は、前記本体の前記円筒状中央区画の前記直径の10%以上の長さまで前記本体の長手方向に延びることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の圧力容器。
- 前記第1テープ及び前記第2テープは、補強繊維及びポリマ樹脂から成ることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の圧力容器。
- 前記補強繊維は、カーボン、ガラス、玄武岩、アラミド、ポリエチレン、又はいずれかの他の補強材料から作られることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の圧力容器。
- 前記第1テープ及び第2テープは、レーザ、ホットガス、IR、超音波、電子投射、又は当業者には既知である他の方法によって前記本体上に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の圧力容器。
- 前記本体端部区画は対称であることを特徴とする請求項3〜6のいずれか一項に記載の圧力容器。
- 前記本体端部区画はドームであることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の圧力容器。
- 圧縮天然ガス、圧縮水素ガス、液化石油ガス、液化天然ガスの貯蔵のために使用されることを特徴とする請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載の圧力容器。
