Abstract
Description
Claims (21)
- 関心のあるシーンを視覚化する方法であって、
内視鏡の遠位端を関心のあるシーンまで進めるステップと、
前記内視鏡に結合された照明源を用いて関心のあるシーンを照明するステップと、
前記内視鏡に結合されたカメラを用いて関心のあるシーンの映像信号をキャプチャするステップであって、前記カメラは、関心のあるシーンの映像信号の露出に影響を与える1またはそれ以上の映像キャプチャ特性を有するステップと、
プロセッサで、取り込まれた映像信号において関心のあるシーンが露出過多または露出不足であることを判定するステップと、
前記映像信号の露出に影響を与える同じ1またはそれ以上の映像キャプチャ特性を維持しながら、前記カメラから前記光源へと信号を送信することによって、前記照明源の光出力を変更して、前記映像信号の露出過多または露出不足を補正するステップと、を含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1の方法において、前記映像信号の露出に影響を与える1またはそれ以上の映像キャプチャ特性は、シャッター速度、露出時間、および光に対する撮像センサの感度からなる群から選択されることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1の方法において、前記映像信号の露出に影響を与える1またはそれ以上の映像キャプチャ特性は、露出を最大にするように設定されることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1の方法において、前記映像信号をモニタに結合された受信機に無線送信するステップをさらに含むことを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項4の方法において、前記映像信号は圧縮されていないことを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1の方法において、前記カメラおよび前記光源はコードレスであり、したがって前記内視鏡は別個のライトボックスにコードで取り付けられないことを特徴とする方法。
- カメラと連結された内視鏡を把持する方法であって、
前記カメラの第1の端部でグリップ部材に手を置くことによって前記カメラを把持するステップを含み、
前記カメラの送信機は当該カメラの前記第1の端部とは反対側の第2の端部の近くに配置され、
前記グリップ部材と前記送信機との間の距離は少なくとも5センチメートルであり、
前記カメラと内視鏡とが互いに結合されたときのそれらの平衡点は、前記グリップ部材に位置することを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項7の方法において、前記グリップ部材が肩部を具え、前記内視鏡カメラを把持するステップは、前記肩部に対して、または前記肩部に沿って手の一部を配置し、それによって内視鏡カメラの回転を容易にするステップを含むことを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項7の方法において、前記グリップ部材が、当該グリップ部材から延びるレッジを具え、前記内視鏡カメラを把持するステップは、前記内視鏡カメラから延びるレッジに対して、またはレッジに沿って手の一部を配置し、それによって前記内視鏡カメラの所望の遠位または近位の動きを容易にするステップを含むことを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項7の方法において、前記グリップ部材が取り付けカラーを具え、前記内視鏡カメラを把持するステップは、前記取り付けカラーを把持し、それによって前記内視鏡カメラのユーザ制御を容易にするステップを含むことを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項7の方法において、前記グリップ部材が、取り付けカラーと、肩部と、前記グリップ部材から延びるレッジとを具え、前記内視鏡カメラを把持するステップは、前記取り付けカラーを把持し、前記肩部に手の一部を配置し、前記レッジに手の一部を配置することにより、前記内視鏡カメラの制御を容易にするステップを含むことを特徴とする方法。
- ワイヤレス内視鏡カメラであって、
前記内視鏡カメラの第1の端部のグリップ領域であって、フェースと、前記グリップ領域に対して垂直な第一の方向に前記フェースから延びる取り付けカラーとを具え、前記取り付けカラーは前記内視鏡カメラを内視鏡に結合するのに適合している、グリップ領域と、
前記グリップ領域から前記第1の方向に、前記取り付けカラーの下に延びるレッジであって、ユーザの手の中で前記内視鏡カメラの動きに抵抗するように構成されており、第1の凹部と、第1の凸部によって前記第1の凹部と分離された第2の凹部とを具え、前記第1および第2の凹部はユーザの指を受けるように適合されている、レッジと、
前記カメラの前記第1の端部とは反対側の第2の端部の近くに配置された無線送信機とを具えることを特徴とする内視鏡カメラ。 - 請求項12の内視鏡カメラにおいて、前記グリップ領域と前記無線送信機との間の距離が少なくとも5センチメートルであることを特徴とする内視鏡カメラ。
- 請求項12の内視鏡カメラにおいて、前記カメラの平衡点は、前記内視鏡に取り付けられたときに、前記グリップ部材に配置されることを特徴とする内視鏡カメラ。
- 請求項12の内視鏡カメラにおいて、前記グリップ領域が2つの肩部を具えることを特徴とする内視鏡カメラ。
- 請求項15の内視鏡カメラにおいて、前記2つの肩部は、ユーザの手の中で前記内視鏡カメラの望ましくない回転に抵抗するように構成されていることを特徴とする内視鏡カメラ。

内視鏡カメラであって、
当該内視鏡カメラの第1の端部のグリップ領域において、フェースと、当該フェースから前記グリップ領域に対して垂直な第一の方向に延びる取り付けカラーとを具え、前記取り付けカラーは、前記内視鏡カメラを内視鏡に連結するように適合されている、グリップ領域と、
前記グリップ領域から第1の方向に、前記取り付けカラーの下に延びるレッジであって、ユーザの手の中での前記内視鏡カメラの動きに抵抗するように構成されており、第1の凹部と、第1の凸部によって前記第1の凹部と分離された第2の凹部とを具え、前記第1および第2の凹部はユーザの指を受けるように適合されている、レッジと、
前記カメラにおいて前記第1の端部と反対側の第2の端部の近くに配置された無線送信機と、を具える内視鏡カメラと、
内視鏡に直接結合可能であり、別個のライトボックス装置への接続を必要としない光源と、
を具えることを特徴とするワイヤレス内視鏡カメラシステム。 - 請求項17に記載の内視鏡カメラシステムにおいて、グリップ面と前記無線送信機との間の距離は少なくとも5センチメートルであることを特徴とするワイヤレス内視鏡カメラシステム。
- 請求項17に記載の内視鏡カメラシステムにおいて、前記カメラの平衡点は、前記内視鏡に取り付けられたときに、前記グリップ部材に配置されることを特徴とするワイヤレス内視鏡カメラシステム。

- 請求項17に記載の内視鏡カメラシステムにおいて、前記光源が、前記内視鏡に取り付けるためのポートを有する円筒形のキャニスターを具えることを特徴とするワイヤレス内視鏡カメラシステム。
