Abstract
Description
本発明では電子膨張弁の流量制御精度を向上させるために、具体的は弁棒における二つの第一円形溝及びベアリングシートにおける第二円形溝を介して、気体が入った時、第二円形溝に気体を充満させ、さらに対称になっている弁開口に流れ込んで(弁開口の数は二つ、又は四つ、又は六つの何れかでも良く 、且つ二つずつ対称になっている)、弁棒を上下又は左右にずれないようにする。
Claims (10)
- 高流量制御精度の電子膨張弁であって、それは弁座及び弁棒を備え、前記弁座に上下に貫通している貫通溝が設けられ、前記貫通溝にそれと合わせるベアリングシートが挿入され、前記ベアリングシートはシートボディーを備え、前記シートボディーに貫通している貫通穴が設けられ、前記貫通穴が前記弁棒に合わさり、前記貫通穴の内壁の中部にめねじセグメントが設けられ、
前記貫通溝の底端にそれと合わせる直管が溶接され、前記弁座の外壁に前記貫通溝と連通する側面穴が開けられ、前記側面穴にそれと合わせるエルボが溶接され、前記弁座の外壁に一つの絶縁スリーブが溶接され、前記弁棒の上端の外部に磁石の回転子が配置され、
前記シートボディーの下開口端の外壁に第二円形溝及び長方形弁開口が設けられていることを特徴とする高流量制御精度の電子膨張弁。 - 前記長方形弁開口の数は二つ、又は四つ、又は六つの何れかでも良く、且つ弁開口が二つずつ対称になっていることを特徴とする請求書1に記載の高流量制御精度の電子膨張弁。
- 前記ベアリングシートの材質はPEEKまたは黄銅を採用することを特徴とする請求書1に記載の高流量制御精度の電子膨張弁。
- 前記ベアリングシートの外壁に同軸に取り付けられた位置規制静的ばねが配置され、前記位置規制静的ばねの螺旋溝の内部に位置規制動的ばねが嵌め込まれ、
前記磁石の回転子におけるばねを制動する側が前記位置規制動的ばねにおける一つの横向き円柱に触れ、前記ベアリングシートの上開口端の外壁に位置決めスロットが配置され、前記位置決めスロットによって前記位置規制静的ばねの横溝を固定することを特徴とする請求書1に記載の高流量制御精度の電子膨張弁。 - 前記弁棒が棒本体を備え、前記棒本体の中部の外壁に前記めねじセグメントと合わせるおねじセグメントが設けられ、前記棒本体の中下端に内軸方向の穴付き柱が設けられ、前記内軸方向の穴付き柱の下部の外壁に第一円形溝が設けられ、前記内軸方向の穴付き柱の底部の外壁に前記内軸方向の穴付き柱と連通する第一横方向の穴付き柱が設けられ、前記ベアリングシートの壁体の中部に前記貫通穴と連通する第二横方向の軸穴が設けられていることを特徴とする請求書1に記載の高流量制御精度の電子膨張弁。
- 前記第二横方向の軸穴が二つ設けられていることを特徴とする請求書5に記載の高流量制御精度の電子膨張弁。
- 前記第一円形溝が二つ設けられ、且つ上下に間隔を空けて配置されていることを特徴とする請求書5に記載の高流量制御精度の電子膨張弁。
- 前記シートボディーの下開口端の内壁に円形溝が設けられ、前記円形溝にシールリングが配置され、前記シールリングの材質はPTFE又はPEEKを採用することを特徴とする請求書1に記載の高流量制御精度の電子膨張弁。
- 前記シートボディーの中端の外壁に固定用溝が配置されていることを特徴とする請求書1に記載の高流量制御精度の電子膨張弁。
- 前記シートボディーの上端の外壁に位置規制静的ばねの位置決め穴が配置されていることを特徴とする請求書1に記載の高流量制御精度の電子膨張弁。
