Claims (12)
- プラスチック材料からなる容器であって、ブロー成形・充填・密閉方法に従って形成され、容器壁(15、20)によって封じ込められる充填物が加熱滅菌可能である容器において、
前記容器壁(15、20)内に少なくとも1つの形状形成手段(19、21、23、25、29、33)が設けられ、該形状形成手段が、高い充填度にもかかわらず、前記容器の通気なしで、充填物の注入時に容積を減少させながら潰れることを保証する、ことを特徴とするプラスチックからなる容器。 - 容器がポリプロピレンのような高い熱形状安定性を有するプラスチック材料からなり、該プラスチック材料が加熱滅菌に対して耐熱性である、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の容器。
- 前記容器壁(15、20)が、気密に密閉されたヘッド部分(3)と一体的に形成されており、該ヘッド部分が端面(11)の一つに配置され、容器の充填物のための取り出し開口部として用いられる、ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の容器。
- 容器がその基本形状において矩形状に形成されており、かつ2つの互いに対向する容器壁側部(20)に、形状形成手段として突出壁部分(21、23)を有し、該突出壁部分が対をなして互いに円錐状に出合うように傾斜して、互いに120°より少ない、あるいは好ましくは110°以下の円錐角(ifa)を形成する、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載の容器。
- それぞれの前記突出壁部分が、形状形成手段としてそれぞれほぼ等辺三角形の形状の側方の肩面(23)を形成する、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜4の何れか一項に記載の容器。
- 容器壁側部(15、31)の幅(Q)が、それぞれ隣接する容器壁側部の幅(B)に対する比(irsv)において、端面(11)の一つを見る上面図において、0.7〜1.2の域内、特に好ましくは0.8〜1.2の域内にある、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜5の何れか一項に記載の容器。
- 2つの端面(11)とそれぞれ対応づけ可能な容器壁側部(20)から始まり、壁の三角形状の他の形状形成手段としての側方の肩面(23)が、円錐角(ifa)を画成する突出壁部分(26)の方向に向かって、斜めに、好ましくは30°〜60°の、特に好ましくは45°の角度で傾斜する、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜6の何れか一項に記載の容器。
- 対向する容器壁側部(31)に他の形状形成手段として次第に傾斜する凹部が形成されており、該凹部が中心線(35)内で長手軸線に沿って延びて、底(17)の前で距離をおいて終了し、かつ隣接する端面(11)へ向かって2つの終端線(39)に分割され、該終端線が前記中心線(35)への移行部(37)の箇所において互いに60°〜130°の、好ましくは60°〜100°の、特に好ましくは90°の仰角(Awi)を形成する、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜7の何れか一項に記載の容器。
- 硬いポリプロピレン材料からなる容器壁の平均の厚みが、0.3mm〜0.7mm、好ましくは0.4mm〜0.5mmである、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜8の何れか一項に記載の容器。
- 懸架フラップ(43)が容器の底(17)を形成する側に配置され、該底(17)がヘッド部分(3)を有する前面(11)に対して反対側に位置する、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜9の何れか一項に記載の容器。
- 請求項1〜10の何れか一項に記載の容器を形成する方法において、
容器が、形状形成手段(19、21、23、25、29、33)を使用して型工具(45、53)内で容器壁(15、20、31)をより良好に潰せるように、ブロー成形方法で成形され、型工具(45、53)内で充填プロセスによって充填し、密閉前に空気体積を低下させるために事前潰しを実施し、密閉方法によって前記型工具(45、53)の内部を密閉し、前記型工具(45、53)の外部で加熱滅菌する、ことを特徴とする容器を形成する方法。 - 加熱滅菌を少なくとも121℃において少なくとも20分間にわたって実施する、ことを特徴とする請求項11に記載の方法。
