Abstract
Description
a)全ポリウレタン組成物に基づき、5〜40重量%の少なくとも1種のポリオールPと;
b)全ポリウレタン組成物に基づき、25〜75重量%の少なくとも1種のフィラーFと;
c)全ポリウレタン組成物に基づき、0.5〜10重量%の少なくとも1種のポリイソシアネートIと;
d)全ポリウレタン組成物に基づき、10〜40重量%の少なくとも1種の可塑剤Wと
を含んでなるポリウレタン組成物であって、可塑剤Wが少なくとも1種のスルホンアミドを含んでなることを特徴とする、ポリウレタン組成物である。
第1剤KAであって、
a)KAに基づき、10〜50重量%の少なくとも1種のポリオールP;
b)KAに基づき、10〜50重量%の少なくとも1種の可塑剤W;
c)KAに基づき、25〜75重量%の少なくとも1種のフィラーF;
d)KAに基づき、0〜2重量%、好ましくは、0.01〜1重量%の、ポリウレタンの架橋のための少なくとも1種の触媒
を含んでなる第1剤KAと、
第2剤KBであって、
e)KBに基づき、10〜100重量%の少なくとも1種のポリイソシアネートI;
f)KBに基づき、0〜60重量%の少なくとも1種の可塑剤W;
g)KBに基づき、0〜60重量%の少なくとも1種のフィラーF
を含んでなる第2剤KBと
を含んでなり、2剤の質量混合比KA:KBは、好ましくは、8:1〜12:1である。
−上記剤KA及びKBを混合するステップと;
−好ましくは定着剤又はプライマーであらかじめ処理された、接合される基体表面の少なくとも1つに、上記混合されたポリウレタン組成物を適用するステップと;
−基体が可動性である場合、開放時間内に接合するステップと;
−ポリウレタン組成物を硬化するステップと
を含んでなる。
a)全組成物に基づき、5.5〜50重量%の、少なくとも1種のポリオールP及び少なくとも1種のポリイソシアネートIから得られる、少なくとも1種のイソシアネート−官能性ポリウレタンポリマーPRと;
b)全組成物に基づき、10〜40重量%の少なくとも1種の可塑剤Wと;
c)全ポリウレタン組成物に基づき、25〜75重量%の少なくとも1種のフィラーFと;
d)全ポリウレタン組成物に基づき、0〜2重量%、好ましくは、0.01〜1重量%の、ポリウレタンの架橋のための少なくとも1種の触媒と
を含んでなる。
−好ましくは定着剤又はプライマーであらかじめ処理された、接合される基体表面の少なくとも1つに、1剤組成物を適用するステップと;
−基体が可動性である場合、開放時間内に接合するステップと;
−ポリウレタン組成物を硬化するステップと
を含んでなる。
Shore A硬度は、DIN 53505に従って決定された。42mmの直径(円)及び6mmの厚さ(高さ)を有するディスク形試験片上での14日間の標準状態(「SC」;23℃、相対湿度50%)後に測定した。
表1は、実験用に使用された原材料及び組成物中のそれらの割合を示す。
2種の本発明の組成物(V1及びV2)並びに8種の参照組成物(R1〜R8)を、表2に報告される質量(g)に従って製造した。
1種の本発明の組成物(V3)及び3種の参照組成物(R9〜R11)を、表5に示す質量(g)に従って調製した。
本発明の態様として、以下の態様を挙げることができる:
《態様1》
a)全ポリウレタン組成物に基づいて5〜40重量%の、少なくとも1種のポリオールPと;
b)全ポリウレタン組成物に基づいて25〜75重量%の、少なくとも1種のフィラーFと;
c)全ポリウレタン組成物に基づいて0.5〜10重量%の、少なくとも1種のポリイソシアネートIと;
d)全ポリウレタン組成物に基づいて10〜40重量%の、少なくとも1種の可塑剤Wと
を含むポリウレタン組成物であって、前記可塑剤Wが、少なくとも1種のスルホンアミドを含むことを特徴とする、ポリウレタン組成物。
《態様2》
アスファルト、ビチューメン又はタール油を実質的に含まないことを特徴とする、態様1に記載のポリウレタン組成物。
《態様3》
前記可塑剤Wが、N−ブチルベンゼンスルホンアミドを含むか、又はそれからなることを特徴とする、態様1又は2に記載のポリウレタン組成物。
《態様4》
前記ポリオールPが、少なくとも1種のポリエーテルポリオールを含むか、又はそれからなることを特徴とする、態様1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のポリウレタン組成物。
《態様5》
前記ポリオールPが、少なくとも1種のポリエステルポリオールを含むか、又はそれからなることを特徴とする、態様1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のポリウレタン組成物。
《態様6》
前記ポリイソシアネートIが、モノマー、オリゴマー及び/又はポリマーのジフェニルメタンジイソシアネート(MDI)又はトリレンジイソシアネート(TDI)を含むことを特徴とする、態様1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のポリウレタン組成物。
《態様7》
以下を含む単一剤を含むことを特徴とする、態様1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のポリウレタン組成物:
a)全組成物に基づいて5.5〜50重量%の、前記少なくとも1種のポリオールP及び前記少なくとも1種のポリイソシアネートIから得られる、少なくとも1種のイソシアネート−官能性ポリウレタンポリマーPRと;
b)全組成物に基づいて10〜40重量%の、前記少なくとも1種の可塑剤Wと;
c)全ポリウレタン組成物に基づいて25〜75重量%の、前記少なくとも1種のフィラーFと;
d)全ポリウレタン組成物に基づいて0〜2重量%、好ましくは0.01〜1重量%の、前記ポリウレタンの架橋のための少なくとも1種の触媒。
《態様8》
2剤KA及びKBを含み、前記第1剤KAが、前記少なくとも1種のポリオールPを含み、かつ前記第2剤KBが、前記少なくとも1種のポリイソシアネートIを含むことを特徴とする、態様1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のポリウレタン組成物。
《態様9》
以下の第1剤KA及び第2剤KBを含み、前記2剤の質量混合比KA:KBが、好ましくは、8:1〜12:1であることを特徴とする、態様8に記載のポリウレタン組成物:
以下を含む、第1剤KA:
a)KAに基づいて10〜50重量%の、前記少なくとも1種のポリオールP;
b)KAに基づいて10〜50重量%の、前記少なくとも1種の可塑剤W;
c)KAに基づいて25〜75重量%の、前記少なくとも1種のフィラーF;
d)KAに基づいて0〜2重量%、好ましくは、0.01〜1重量%の、前記ポリウレタンの架橋のための少なくとも1種の触媒、
以下を含む、第2剤KB:
e)KBに基づいて10〜100重量%の、前記少なくとも1種のポリイソシアネートI;
f)KBに基づいて0〜60重量%の、前記少なくとも1種の可塑剤W;
g)KBに基づいて0〜60重量%の、前記少なくとも1種のフィラーF。
《態様10》
接着剤又はシーラントとして、好ましくは、ジョイントシーラントとしての、態様1〜9のいずれか一項に記載のポリウレタン組成物の使用。
《態様11》
接合及び/又はシーリングのための基体が、コンクリートを含むことを特徴とする、態様10に記載の使用。
《態様12》
前記接合又はシーリングのための基体が、補給所、タンクファーム、燃料容器又は空港のガレージ又は建築物を含むことを特徴とする、態様10又は11に記載の使用。
《態様13》
土木工学におけるグラウンドジョイントのためのシーラントとしての、態様10又は11に記載の使用。
《態様14》
態様1〜9のいずれか一項に記載のポリウレタン組成物によって接合又はシーリングされている、建築物又は製造物品、特にコンクリートを含む建築物又は製造物品。
《態様15》
態様1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の硬化ポリウレタン組成物。
Claims (15)
- a)全ポリウレタン組成物に基づいて5〜40重量%の、少なくとも1種のポリオールPと;
b)全ポリウレタン組成物に基づいて25〜75重量%の、少なくとも1種のフィラーFと;
c)全ポリウレタン組成物に基づいて0.5〜10重量%の、少なくとも1種のポリイソシアネートIと;
d)全ポリウレタン組成物に基づいて10〜40重量%の、少なくとも1種の可塑剤Wと
を含むポリウレタン組成物であって、前記可塑剤Wが、少なくとも1種のスルホンアミドを含むことを特徴とする、ポリウレタン組成物。 - アスファルト、ビチューメン又はタール油を実質的に含まないことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のポリウレタン組成物。
- 前記可塑剤Wが、N−ブチルベンゼンスルホンアミドを含むか、又はそれからなることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載のポリウレタン組成物。
- 前記ポリオールPが、少なくとも1種のポリエーテルポリオールを含むか、又はそれからなることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のポリウレタン組成物。
- 前記ポリオールPが、少なくとも1種のポリエステルポリオールを含むか、又はそれからなることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のポリウレタン組成物。
- 前記ポリイソシアネートIが、モノマー、オリゴマー及び/又はポリマーのジフェニルメタンジイソシアネート(MDI)又はトリレンジイソシアネート(TDI)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のポリウレタン組成物。
- 以下を含む単一剤を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のポリウレタン組成物:
a)全組成物に基づいて5.5〜50重量%の、前記少なくとも1種のポリオールP及び前記少なくとも1種のポリイソシアネートIから得られる、少なくとも1種のイソシアネート−官能性ポリウレタンポリマーPRと;
b)全組成物に基づいて10〜40重量%の、前記少なくとも1種の可塑剤Wと;
c)全ポリウレタン組成物に基づいて25〜75重量%の、前記少なくとも1種のフィラーFと;
d)全ポリウレタン組成物に基づいて0〜2重量%、好ましくは0.01〜1重量%の、前記ポリウレタンの架橋のための少なくとも1種の触媒。 - 2剤KA及びKBを含み、前記第1剤KAが、前記少なくとも1種のポリオールPを含み、かつ前記第2剤KBが、前記少なくとも1種のポリイソシアネートIを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のポリウレタン組成物。
- 以下の第1剤KA及び第2剤KBを含み、前記2剤の質量混合比KA:KBが、好ましくは、8:1〜12:1であることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載のポリウレタン組成物:
以下を含む、第1剤KA:
a)KAに基づいて10〜50重量%の、前記少なくとも1種のポリオールP;
b)KAに基づいて10〜50重量%の、前記少なくとも1種の可塑剤W;
c)KAに基づいて25〜75重量%の、前記少なくとも1種のフィラーF;
d)KAに基づいて0〜2重量%、好ましくは、0.01〜1重量%の、前記ポリウレタンの架橋のための少なくとも1種の触媒、
以下を含む、第2剤KB:
e)KBに基づいて10〜100重量%の、前記少なくとも1種のポリイソシアネートI;
f)KBに基づいて0〜60重量%の、前記少なくとも1種の可塑剤W;
g)KBに基づいて0〜60重量%の、前記少なくとも1種のフィラーF。 - 接着剤又はシーラントとして、好ましくは、ジョイントシーラントとしての、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載のポリウレタン組成物の使用。
- 接合及び/又はシーリングのための基体が、コンクリートを含むことを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の使用。
- 前記接合又はシーリングのための基体が、補給所、タンクファーム、燃料容器又は空港のガレージ又は建築物を含むことを特徴とする、請求項10又は11に記載の使用。
- 土木工学におけるグラウンドジョイントのためのシーラントとしての、請求項10又は11に記載の使用。
- 請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載のポリウレタン組成物によって接合又はシーリングされている、建築物又は製造物品、特にコンクリートを含む建築物又は製造物品。
- 請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の硬化ポリウレタン組成物。
