Claims (7)
- 炭素繊維に熱硬化性樹脂が含浸してなる表皮の内側に発泡体を含むコア部を有する回転翼であって、
前記表皮は、2軸以上の炭素繊維織物に熱硬化性樹脂が含浸してなり、前記回転翼の外表面を形成する外側表皮層を有し、
前記コア部は、前記発泡体に熱硬化性樹脂が含浸してなる、回転翼。 - 前記2軸以上の炭素繊維織物はフィラメント数が3000以上の炭素繊維束で構成される綾織であって、該炭素繊維束が前記回転翼の回転半径方向に対して±45度ずれた2方向に配列された、請求項1に記載の回転翼。
- 前記表皮は、前記回転翼の回転半径方向に配列された炭素繊維に熱硬化性樹脂が含浸してなり、前記外側表皮層と前記コア部の間に配置される内側表皮層を有する、請求項1又は2に記載の回転翼。
- 前記表皮は、前記外側表皮層に前記内側表皮層を複数積層してなる、請求項3に記載の回転翼。
- 前記外側表皮層と前記内側表皮層が前記コア部の表側と裏側で対称に積層された、請求項4に記載の回転翼。
- 請求項1乃至5のうち何れか1の請求項に記載の回転翼を用いた無人航空機であって、
前記回転翼を備えたロータを有し、
時計方向に回転することで揚力を生じる第1の前記ロータと反時計方向に回転することで揚力を生じる第2の前記ロータとからなる組が2組以上設けられている、回転翼を用いた無人航空機。 - 請求項1乃至5のうち何れか1の請求項に記載の回転翼を用いた無人航空機であって、
前記回転翼を備えたロータを複数備え、
前記ロータのティルト角を変化させることで、該ロータを、機体上方へ揚力を発生する回転翼機モードと機体前方への推力を発生する固定翼機モードに切り替える、回転翼を用いた無人航空機。
