Abstract
Description
図1に示すように、本実施の形態の電子装置10は、例えば、表示器12および不図示の産業機械(工作機械、ロボット、射出成形機、ワイヤ放電加工機等)を制御するための制御装置に適用される。表示器12は、前面14に配置される不図示の表示画面を有する液晶表示ユニットである。表示器12は、他の種類の表示ユニットであってもよい。図1は、電子装置10をCNC(コンピュータ数値制御)の工作機械の数値制御装置に適用した場合を図示している。この場合、表示器12は、工作機械の操作盤に設けられる。なお、以下の説明では、表示器12の表示画面を正面から見た方向にしたがって、上下、左右および前後の方向を説明する。
次に、本実施の形態の電子装置10の特徴的な構成について、図1〜図5を参照しながら説明する。電子装置10では、スロット38に基板44を挿入して、第1コネクタ50と第2コネクタ52とを嵌合させる場合に、スロット38に収納された基板44の振動を抑制するため、下記の構成をさらに備える。
次に、スロット38に対して基板44を挿抜する手順について説明する。最初に、スロット38に基板44を挿入する場合について説明する。
上記の実施の形態から把握しうる技術的思想について、以下に記載する。

Claims (6)
- スロットが設けられた筐体と、
前記スロットに挿入される基板と、
前記基板の挿入方向側の端部に設けられた第1コネクタと、
前記挿入方向とは反対の前記基板の抜出方向側の端部に設けられ、前記基板を支持するフェイスプレートと、
前記筐体内に設けられ、前記基板が前記スロットに挿入されたときに前記第1コネクタと嵌合する第2コネクタと、
前記スロットに設けられ、前記基板の前記スロットへの挿入をガイドするために、前記挿入方向と交差する方向の前記基板の両端部側の各々において、前記挿入方向側に延び、かつ、第1の間隔をあけて前記基板の両面側に配置された一対の案内レールと、
前記フェイスプレートに設けられ、前記基板を前記スロットに固定するために、前記基板の前記両端部側の各々において、前記挿入方向側に延び、かつ、前記第1の間隔よりも長い第2の間隔をあけて前記基板の両面側に配置された一対の固定治具と、
前記一対の案内レールの前記抜出方向側に設けられ、前記スロットに前記基板を挿入する際に、前記一対の固定治具を弾性変形させて前記基板を固定するために、前記基板の前記両端部側の各々において、前記抜出方向側に延び、かつ、先端が前記第2の間隔と前記一対の固定治具の先端の厚みとを合算した長さよりも長い第3の間隔をあけて前記基板の両面側に配置された一対の治具案内部と、
を備える、電子装置。 - 請求項1に記載の電子装置であって、
前記基板の前記両端部側の各々において、前記第3の間隔は、前記一対の治具案内部の先端から前記挿入方向側に向かって徐々に短くなる、電子装置。 - 請求項1または2に記載の電子装置であって、
前記フェイスプレートに設けられ、前記基板の前記両端部側の各々において、前記挿入方向側に延びる第1嵌合部と、
前記スロットに設けられ、前記基板の前記両端部側の各々において、前記第1嵌合部に嵌合する第2嵌合部と、
をさらに備える、電子装置。 - 請求項3に記載の電子装置であって、
前記フェイスプレートに設けられ、前記基板の前記両端部側の各々において、前記第1嵌合部と前記第2嵌合部との嵌合状態を解除する操作部をさらに備える、電子装置。 - 請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の電子装置であって、
前記筐体内に設けられ、前記第2コネクタが配置されるバックプレートをさらに備える、電子装置。 - 請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の電子装置であって、
前記基板の前記抜出方向側の端部に設けられた第3コネクタをさらに備える、電子装置。
