Abstract
Description
図1〜5に示す弁装置と同様なケースやフロート弁等を備え、衝突壁部を有する、実施例の弁装置を製造した。
衝突壁部を有しない以外は、上記実施例と同様の構造をなす、比較例の弁装置を製造した。
燃料を充填した燃料タンク1内に、上記実施例及び比較例の弁装置を取付けて、図示しない傾斜試験装置により、次のサイクルで回転させた。

Claims (5)
- 第1弁孔が形成された仕切壁を上方に有し、該仕切壁の下方に燃料タンクに連通する弁室を設けたケースと、
該ケースの上方に取付けられて、前記仕切壁との間に通気室を設けるカバーと、
前記カバー又は前記ケースに設けられ、前記通気室に連通する燃料蒸気配管と、
前記弁室に昇降可能に収容され、前記第1弁孔を開閉するフロート弁とを有し、
前記ケースに連設されて、前記通気室内であって前記仕切壁の上方において、前記第1弁孔に対向するように配置された衝突壁部を有することを特徴とする弁装置。 - 前記カバーは天井壁を有しており、前記衝突壁部は、前記天井壁の下方に所定隙間をあけて離間して配置されている請求項1記載の弁装置。
- 前記仕切壁の、前記衝突壁部側の面には、前記第1弁孔の周囲を少なくとも部分的に囲むリブが設けられており、
前記衝突壁部には、前記仕切壁との対向面から下方に延び、かつ、前記リブに対して軸方向に重なる規制壁が、前記リブよりも前記第1弁孔に近い位置に設けられている請求項1又は2記載の弁装置。 - 前記規制壁は、前記燃料蒸気配管側が開口した、半円筒状をなしている請求項3記載の弁装置。
- 前記仕切壁には、前記弁室と前記通気室とを連通する第2弁孔が形成されており、
前記仕切壁の、前記通気室側には、前記第2弁孔を開閉するリリーフ弁が配置されており、
前記衝突壁部は、前記ケースと別体で設けられており、前記リリーフ弁を支持する支持部をなしている請求項1〜4のいずれか1つに記載の弁装置。
