Claims (5)
- 変速機の出力軸に連結されて車体前後方向一方側に延びる主駆動輪用出力軸と、前記主駆動輪用出力軸に平行に配置された補助駆動輪用出力軸と、前記主駆動輪用出力軸から取り出された駆動力を前記補助駆動輪用出力軸に伝達する動力伝達機構とを有し、前記補助駆動輪用出力軸に、車体前後方向他方側に延びると共に前記補助駆動輪用出力軸側の端部に自在継手を有するプロペラシャフトが連結される車両のトランスファ装置であって、
前記補助駆動輪用出力軸のプロペラシャフト側の端部は中空とされて前記プロペラシャフトにおける自在継手の構成部材に設けられた軸状部にスプライン嵌合され、
前記補助駆動輪用出力軸に反プロペラシャフト側の端部から挿通されて先端部が前記プロペラシャフトの軸状部に螺合して締め付けられることにより前記プロペラシャフトを前記補助駆動輪用出力軸に取り付けるボルト部材が備えられている、
ことを特徴とする車両のトランスファ装置。 - 前記補助駆動輪用出力軸のプロペラシャフト側の端部と前記プロペラシャフトの軸状部とのスプライン嵌合は、前記ボルト部材の締め付けにより圧入される圧入嵌合である、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両のトランスファ装置。 - 前記補助駆動輪用出力軸のプロペラシャフト側の端部と前記プロペラシャフトの軸状部とのスプライン嵌合は、非圧入嵌合であり、
前記ボルト部材は、前記先端部よりも小径とされた中間部を有する、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両のトランスファ装置。 - 前記補助駆動輪用出力軸のプロペラシャフト側の端部と前記プロペラシャフトの軸状部とのスプライン嵌合は、非圧入嵌合であり、
前記補助駆動輪用出力軸は中空とされて前記補助駆動輪用出力軸の内側にスリーブ部材が嵌入され、
前記スリーブ部材に反プロペラシャフト側の端部から前記ボルト部材が挿通されて前記先端部が前記プロペラシャフトの軸状部に螺合して締め付けられることにより前記スリーブ部材が前記プロペラシャフトの軸状部と前記ボルト部材の頭部との間に挟み込まれて前記プロペラシャフトが前記補助駆動輪用出力軸に取り付けられる、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両のトランスファ装置。 - 前記スリーブ部材は、前記補助駆動輪用出力軸より軸方向一方側に延びる延長部を備え、
前記スリーブ部材の延長部とトランスファケースとの間にシール部材が配設されている、
ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の車両のトランスファ装置。
