Claims (9)
- 自動運転車両に搭載される空調制御装置であって、
前記自動運転車両への乗員の乗車状態を判断する乗員判断部(212)と、
前記自動運転車両の走行状態を判断する走行判断部(213)と、
前記乗員判断部及び前記走行判断部の判断結果が前記自動運転車両の無人走行状態を示すものである場合に、前記自動運転車両に設けられた窓から車室内に差し込む日射を調整するための遮光装置を動作させることにより車室内空調を行う遮光空調制御を実行する遮光制御部(214)と、を備える、空調制御装置。 - 請求項1に記載の空調制御装置であって、
更に、前記自動運転車両の車室内に差し込む日射を検出する日射検出部(216)を備え、
前記遮光制御部は、前記日射検出部の検出結果に基づいて、前記遮光空調制御の実行内容を決定する、空調制御装置。 - 請求項2に記載の空調制御装置であって、
前記日射検出部は、前記自動運転車両の車室内に差し込む日射が偏っている偏日射状態であることを検出可能であり、
前記遮光制御部は、前記自動運転車両に設けられた複数の窓それぞれに対応する遮光装置を個別に動作させることが可能であって、前記日射検出部が検出した偏日射状態によって日射が差し込む窓に対応する遮光装置を選択して前記遮光空調制御を実行する、空調制御装置。 - 請求項2に記載の空調制御装置であって、
更に、前記自動運転車両の車室内温度を検出する車室内温度検出部(217)を備え、
前記遮光制御部は、前記日射検出部の検出結果と前記車室内温度検出部の検出結果とに基づいて、前記遮光空調制御の実行内容を決定する、空調制御装置。 - 請求項4に記載の空調制御装置であって、
前記遮光制御部は、前記車室内温度が適正温度範囲よりも高くなっている場合に、前記自動運転車両の車室内に差し込む日射を抑制するように前記遮光装置を動作させる一方で、前記車室内温度が適正温度範囲よりも低くなっている場合に、前記自動運転車両の車室内に差し込む日射を増やすように前記遮光装置を動作させる前記遮光空調制御を実行する、空調制御装置。 - 請求項5に記載の空調制御装置であって、
前記遮光制御部は、
前記車室内温度が日射導入閾値よりも高くなっている場合に、前記自動運転車両の車室内に差し込む日射を抑制するように前記遮光装置を動作させる一方で、前記車室内温度が日射導入閾値温度よりも低くなっている場合に、前記自動運転車両の車室内に差し込む日射を増やすように前記遮光装置を動作させる前記遮光空調制御を実行するものであって、
前記遮光装置を動作させた後には、前記遮光装置の日射調整状態を維持するように前記日射導入閾値を調整する、空調制御装置。 - 請求項5に記載の空調制御装置であって、
前記日射検出部は、前記自動運転車両の車室内に差し込む日射が偏っている偏日射状態であることを検出可能であり、
前記車室内温度検出部は、前記自動運転車両の座席毎に車室内温度を検出可能であって、
前記遮光制御部は、適正温度範囲よりも高い温度の座席がある場合に、その座席に差し込む日射を抑制するように前記遮光装置を動作させる一方で、適正温度範囲よりも低い温度の座席がある場合に、その座席に差し込む日射を増やすように前記遮光装置を動作させる前記遮光空調制御を実行する、空調制御装置。 - 請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の空調制御装置であって、
更に、前記自動運転車両に搭載される冷凍サイクルによって温度調整した空調空気によって車室内空調を行うことが可能な車両用空調装置を制御する空調制御部(211)と、
前記自動運転車両に人が乗車するまでに無人走行を行う走行予定時間を算出する残余走行算出部(219)と、を備え、
前記車両用空調装置を用いて前記自動運転車両の車室内温度が適正温度範囲に収まる時間が前記走行予定時間以下になった場合に、
前記空調制御部は、前記冷凍サイクルを動作させる車室内空調を実行する、空調制御装置。 - 請求項8に記載の空調制御装置であって、
前記空調制御部は、前記車両用空調装置を用いて前記自動運転車両の車室内温度が適正温度範囲に収まる時間が前記走行予定時間以下になった座席に向けてのみ、前記冷凍サイクルを動作させる車室内空調を実行する、空調制御装置。
