Claims (20)
- A流体とB流体が互いに熱交換できるようにA流体流路およびB流体流路が形成された印刷基板型熱交換器であって、
第2チャンネルプレートと積層され、A流体流路が一側面に両側方向に延びて形成され、A流体流路の両端部にA流体引込口およびA流体排出口が形成され、B流体引込部およびB流体排出部に対応する構造が両側に形成された板状型構造の第1チャンネルプレートと、
前記第1チャンネルプレートと積層され、一側面にB流体流路が、平面上からみて、A流体流路と交差する方向に両側方向に延びて形成され、B流体流路の両端部にB流体引込部とB流体排出部が一体型構造に形成された板状型構造の第2チャンネルプレートと、
第1チャンネルプレートと第2チャンネルプレートがそれぞれ2つ以上交互積層されたチャンネルプレート積層構造の上部面に装着され、チャンネルプレート積層構造の上部面を密閉する構造の上板と、
第1チャンネルプレートと第2チャンネルプレートがそれぞれ2つ以上交互積層されたチャンネルプレート積層構造の下部面に装着され、チャンネルプレート積層構造の下部面を密閉する構造の下板と、を含む印刷基板型熱交換器。 - 前記A流体流路は、平面上からみて、複数の折り曲げ構造が互いに隣接して配置された構造である請求項1に記載の印刷基板型熱交換器。
- 前記第1チャンネルプレートと第2チャンネルプレートは、平面上からみて、長方形構造であり、
前記第2チャンネルプレートに形成されたB流体引込部とB流体排出部は、長方形構造の両側に突出した半円構造または多角形構造であり、内側にB流体流路と連通する空間が形成されている請求項1または2に記載の印刷基板型熱交換器。 - 前記B流体引込部とB流体排出部は、第2チャンネルプレートと一体型構造に形成された請求項3に記載の印刷基板型熱交換器。
- 前記第1チャンネルプレートの両側には、B流体引込部およびB流体排出部に対応する構造の連通構造が形成された請求項3に記載の印刷基板型熱交換器。
- 前記B流体引込部とB流体排出部は、第1チャンネルプレートの連通構造と積層されて1つに連通した空間を形成する請求項5に記載の印刷基板型熱交換器。
- 前記1つに連通した空間は、半円柱または多角柱構造である請求項6に記載の印刷基板型熱交換器。
- 前記第1チャンネルプレートと第2チャンネルプレートが2つ以上交互積層されたチャンネルプレート積層構造の一側には、B流体引込部およびB流体排出部の内部と連通する追加流動貫通口がさらに形成されている請求項6に記載の印刷基板型熱交換器。
- 前記追加流動貫通口にB流体追加引込配管およびB流体追加排出配管が装着される請求項8に記載の印刷基板型熱交換器。
- 前記第1チャンネルプレートと第2チャンネルプレートは、平面上からみて、長方形構造であり、
前記第1チャンネルプレートに形成されたA流体引込口とA流体排出口は、長方形構造の内側に形成された半円または多角形構造であり、A流体流路と連通する空間が形成されている請求項1または2に記載の印刷基板型熱交換器。 - 前記第2チャンネルプレートには、A流体引込口およびA流体排出口に対応する構造の連通構造が形成された請求項10に記載の印刷基板型熱交換器。
- 前記A流体引込口とA流体排出口は、第2チャンネルプレートの連通構造と積層されて1つに連通した空間を形成する請求項11に記載の印刷基板型熱交換器。
- 前記1つに連通した空間は、半円柱または多角柱構造である請求項12に記載の印刷基板型熱交換器。
- A流体とB流体が互いに熱交換できるようにA流体流路およびB流体流路が形成された印刷基板型熱交換器であって、
第2チャンネルプレートと積層され、A流体流路が一側面に両側方向に延びて形成され、A流体流路の両端部にA流体引込口およびA流体排出口が形成され、B流体引込部およびB流体排出部に対応する構造が両側に形成された板状型構造の第1チャンネルプレートと、
前記第1チャンネルプレートと積層され、一側面にB流体流路が、平面上からみて、A流体流路と交差する方向に両側方向に延びて形成され、B流体流路の両端部にB流体引込部とB流体排出部が一体型構造に形成された板状型構造の第2チャンネルプレートと、
第1チャンネルプレートと第2チャンネルプレートがそれぞれ2つ以上交互積層されたチャンネルプレート積層構造の上部面に装着され、チャンネルプレート積層構造の上部面を密閉する構造の上板と、
第1チャンネルプレートと第2チャンネルプレートがそれぞれ2つ以上交互積層されたチャンネルプレート積層構造の下部面に装着され、チャンネルプレート積層構造の下部面を密閉する構造の下板と、
前記上板および下板に一体型に形成され、B流体引込部およびB流体排出部に対応する構造の板状型密閉構造と、を含む印刷基板型熱交換器。 - 前記板状型密閉構造には、B流体が引込または排出可能な流動貫通口が形成され、
前記流動貫通口にB流体引込配管およびB流体排出配管が装着される請求項14に記載の印刷基板型熱交換器。 - 前記第1チャンネルプレートに形成されたA流体流路は、
平面上からみて、複数の折り曲げ構造が連続する構造であり、
前記A流体流路は、それぞれの折り曲げ構造が互いに当接して隣接するように配置されて、左右対称構造を形成する請求項1または14に記載の印刷基板型熱交換器。 - 前記A流体流路の両端には、それぞれA流体引込口およびA流体排出口が形成されており、
前記A流体流路の平面上の構造は、A流体引込口から両側方向に2つの方向に分岐して互いに対称をなす構造である請求項1または14に記載の印刷基板型熱交換器。 - 前記第1チャンネルプレートには、3つのA流体流路が互いに隣接して形成されており、
中央に配置されるA流体流路を基準として両側に配置されるA流体流路の平面上の形状が対称をなす請求項1または14に記載の印刷基板型熱交換器。 - 前記A流体流路の両端には、それぞれA流体引込口およびA流体排出口が形成されており、
中央に配置されるA流体流路の平面上の構造は、A流体引込口から両側方向に2つの方向に分岐して互いに対称をなす構造であり、
両側に配置されるA流体流路の平面上の構造は、第1チャンネルプレートの真中線を中心に互いに対称をなす構造である請求項18に記載の印刷基板型熱交換器。 - 前記両側に配置されるA流体流路は、A流体引込口から分岐せずに1つの方向に形成された請求項19に記載の印刷基板型熱交換器。
