Claims (16)
- 前記電気外科発生器から高周波(RF)電磁(EM)エネルギーおよび/またはマイクロ波周波数EMエネルギーを受信する第1の吸込口と、
流体を受け入れる第2の吸込口と、
放出口と、を有する
電気絶縁材料で製造された筐体と、
前記第2の吸込口と流体連通する流体流路を区画し、前記第1の吸込口に接続された同軸ケーブルを伝送する可撓性スリーブを備える、前記放出口を前記電気外科器具に接続するシングルケーブルアセンブリと、を備える、
電気外科発生器と電気外科器具を相互接続するインタフェース接合部。 - 前記筐体が前記第2の吸込口と前記放出口との間の流体流路を区画する内部の水密の分岐通路を含み、前記分岐通路が前記同軸ケーブルを収容する前記第1の吸込口に隣接した第1のポートを有する、請求項1に記載のインタフェース接合部。
- 前記筐体上に摺動可能なトリガを含み、前記摺動可能なトリガは前記放出口を通って前記筐体外に延びるプッシュロッドに取り付けられた、請求項1に記載のインタフェース接合部。
- 前記筐体が前記第2の吸込口と前記放出口との間の流体流路を区画する内部の水密の分岐通路を含み、前記分岐通路が前記同軸ケーブルを収容する前記第1の吸込口に隣接した第1のポート、および前記プッシュロッドを収容する前記摺動可能なトリガに隣接した第2のポートを有する、請求項3に記載のインタフェース接合部。
- 前記第1のポートが、前記同軸ケーブルの水密の通路を区画する密閉栓を備える、請求項2または請求項4に記載のインタフェース接合部。
- 前記第2のポートが、前記プッシュロッドの水密の通路を区画する密閉栓を備える、請求項2または請求項4に記載のインタフェース接合部。
- 前記内部の水密の分岐通路が、一対のY字形の導管から形成される、請求項2または請求項4に記載のインタフェース接合部。
- ケーブルアセンブリが1.2mm〜9mmの範囲の外径を有する、請求項1〜請求項7のいずれか1つに記載のインタフェース接合部。
- 前記可撓性スリーブが内部にトルク伝達をする螺旋巻補強または螺旋巻複数交差編組を有する、請求項1〜請求項8のいずれか1つに記載のインタフェース接合部。
- 前記螺旋巻補強または前記螺旋巻複数交差編組が可変ピッチを有する、請求項9に記載のインタフェース接合部。
- 前記筐体が、前記放出口に据え付けられた前記可撓性スリーブを囲む張力緩和構成要素を備える、請求項1〜請求項10のいずれか1つに記載のインタフェース接合部。
- インタフェース接続部を介して前記第1の吸込口に取り付けられた同軸ケーブルを有し、前記インタフェース接続部は前記同軸ケーブルに対する前記インタフェース接合部の相対回転を可能にするよう構成された、請求項1〜請求項11のいずれか1つに記載のインタフェース接合部。
- 前記可撓性スリーブがマルチルーメンチューブを備える、請求項1〜請求項12のいずれか1つに記載のインタフェース接合部。
- 前記可撓性スリーブがシングルルーメンチューブ内部に挿入される押出セパレータ構成要素を含み、前記押出セパレータ構成要素は複数の通過チャネルを有する、請求項13に記載のインタフェース接合部。
- 前記プッシュロッドの遠位端部が針フェルールの近位端部に接合され、前記針フェルールの近位端部が前記可撓性スリーブを通る前記流体流路と流体連通する内部体積を有し、針が前記内部体積と流体連通する前記針フェルールの遠位端部に据え付けられた、請求項4に記載のインタフェース接合部。
- 前記筐体が操作者の手に適合するサイズの細長いカプセルである、請求項1〜請求項15のいずれか1つに記載のインタフェース接合部。
