Description
本発明は、機械部品の雌ねじ等の穴の内部に付着する異物を清掃できる清掃装置を提供することを課題とする。

前記吸入管と前記吸入口との間に設けられ、前記吸入口を前記吸入管に対して該吸入管の軸に沿って伸縮自在に保持する吸入吻、
前記吸入管と接続する排気装置、
前記吸入管の内部に、先端側が前記軸に沿って設けられたランス、
前記ランスの先端部に設けられた噴口、及び
前記ランスと接続された圧縮空気供給装置、
を備えている。
したがって、本実施形態の清掃装置10によれば、機械部品の雌ねじ等の穴の内部に付着する異物51を清掃できる。

Claims (4)
- 清掃装置であって、
吸入管、
前記吸入管と連通する吸入口、
前記吸入管と前記吸入口との間に設けられ、前記吸入口を前記吸入管に対して該吸入管の軸に沿って伸縮自在に保持する吸入吻、
前記吸入管と接続する排気装置、
前記吸入管の内部に、先端側が前記軸に沿って設けられたランス、
前記ランスの先端部に設けられた噴口、及び
前記ランスと接続された圧縮空気供給装置、
を備える清掃装置。 - 請求項1に記載の清掃装置であって、
前記吸入吻は、
前記吸入管に摺動可能に挿入されたガイド管、及び
前記吸入吻を前記吸入口が前記吸入管から離れる方向に付勢する弾性体、を有し、
前記吸入管は、
前記ガイド管の外面が前記軸に沿って摺接できる摺接面、及び
前記ガイド管の脱落を防止するストッパ、を有する、
清掃装置。 - 請求項2に記載の清掃装置であって、
前記弾性体は、前記ガイド管の外周に設けられたつるまきばねであり、
前記吸入吻は、前記ガイド管の先端部の外面に設けられ前記つるまきばねの内周をガイドする吸入吻側ばねガイドを有し、
前記吸入管は、前記吸入管の先端部の外面に設けられ前記つるまきばねの内周をガイドする吸入管側ばねガイド、及び、前記吸入管の先端部の外面における前記吸入管側ばねガイドの基端側に設けられ前記つるまきばねの端部を保持するリングを有する、
清掃装置。 - 請求項1ないし請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の清掃装置であって、
前記ランスは、前記吸入吻が伸びたときに、前記ランスの先端が前記吸入口から外部に突出しないように設けられている、
