Description
図1は、実施の形態1に係る血圧計の外観を示す斜視図である。図2は、実施の形態1に係る血圧計が左手首に装着された状態での手首の長手方向に対して垂直な断面を模式的に示す図である。
図10は、実施の形態2に係る脈波測定用電極ユニットを示す斜視図である。図10を参照して、実施の形態2に係る脈波測定用電極ユニット200Aについて説明する。
図11は、実施の形態3に係る脈波測定用電極ユニットを示す斜視図である。図11を参照して、実施の形態3に係る脈波測定用電極ユニット200Bについて説明する。
図12は、実施の形態4に係る脈波測定用電極ユニットを示す斜視図である。図12を参照して、実施の形態4に係る脈波測定用電極ユニット200Cについて説明する。
Claims (6)
- 被計測者の脈波を測定する際に被計測者に巻回されることにより装着される脈波測定用電極ユニットであって、
一対の電流印加用電極および第1の一対の電圧計測用電極を含み、測定に際して被計測者の体表面に接触する複数の電極と、
被計測者に装着された状態において被計測者の体表面に対向する第1主面と、厚さ方向において前記第1主面の反対側の面である第2主面とを有し、前記第1主面側に前記複数の電極を支持する支持部材と、
流体を出し入れすることにより膨縮可能に構成され、測定に際して膨張することにより前記複数の電極を被計測者の体表面に向けて押圧する流体袋と、を備え、
前記支持部材は、被計測者に装着された状態において周方向となる長さ方向と、前記長さ方向および前記厚さ方向に直交する幅方向とを有し、
前記複数の電極は、前記幅方向に並んで配置され、
互いに隣り合う前記電極間のそれぞれに、前記厚さ方向に前記電極に重なる部分よりも剛性が低い低剛性部が設けられている、脈波測定用電極ユニット。 - 前記流体袋は、前記幅方向に互いに離間して配置されるとともに、前記複数の電極と前記支持部材の前記第1主面との間にそれぞれ配置される複数の分割袋を有し、
前記低剛性部の低い剛性は、互いに隣り合う前記分割袋の間に隙間が設けられていることによってもたらされる、請求項1に記載の脈波測定用電極ユニット。 - 前記複数の電極は、前記第1主面上に設けられ、
前記流体袋は、前記第2主面側に配置され、
前記低剛性部の低い剛性は、互いに隣り合う前記電極間のそれぞれに位置する部分の前記支持部材に切欠部または開口部が設けられていることによってもたらされる、請求項1に記載の脈波測定用電極ユニット。 - 前記流体袋は、前記支持部材に設けられた前記切欠部または前記開口部に対応する部分が、切欠部または開口部となっている、請求項3に記載の脈波測定用電極ユニット。
- 前記複数の電極は、第2の一対の電圧計測用電極を含み、
前記一対の電流印加用電極の間に、前記第1の一対の電圧計測用電極および前記第2の一対の電圧計測用電極が配置されている、請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の脈波測定用電極ユニット。 - 請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の脈波測定用電極ユニットと、
前記脈波測定用電極ユニットを支持し、被計測者の被計測部位に巻回可能に構成されたベルト部材と、を備えた脈波測定装置。
