【選択図】図1
Description
本発明の改質のセラミックセパレータ複合体には、セパレータ基材とセラミック層の表面及び内部に原位置成長のポリマーがあり、前記ポリマーの存在により、液漏れとセラミックの粉落ちによる安全リスクを有効的に抑える一方、セパレータの物理性能と電化学性能を向上できる。同時に、前記ポリマーの存在により、セパレータの電解液と電極の界面安定性も向上でき、界面安定性の向上により、リチウム支晶の生じることを抑え、電池の容量保持能力を向上できる。

Claims (11)
- セラミックセパレータがあり、前記セラミックセパレータは一つの有機セパレータ基材と、セパレータ基材表面に塗布された0.1μm〜20μmの厚さのセラミック層とを備え、加えて、セパレータ基材とセラミック層の表面と内部にある原位置成長のドーパミン系ポリマーを備えるか、ポリマーはメタクリル酸メチルエステル、ポリフッ化ビニリデン−ヘキサフルオロプロピレン、ポリアクリロニトリル、ポリイミド、ポリエーテルアミド、ポリエチレン・オキシドから選ばれる少なくとも一つの物質であることを特徴とする改質のセラミックセパレータ複合体。
- 前記ドーパミン系ポリマーはポリドーパミン、5−ヒドロキシーポリドーパミン、ポリドーパミン アクリルアミド又は単体Mとポリドーパミンアクリルアミドの共重合体であり、単体Mはメタクリル酸メチル、メタクリル酸エチル、メタクリル酸ブチル、メタクリル酸イソブチル、メタクリル酸ヒドロキシエチル、メタクリル酸エチレングリコール、メタクリル酸ポリエチレン・グリコール、3−メトキシアクリル酸メチル、アクリル酸メチル、アクリル酸エチル、メタクリル酸ラウリル、アクリル酸トリフルオロエチル、メタクリル酸グリシジル、2−メチル−2−アクリル酸−2−エチルー2−「「(2−メチル−1−オキソ−2−アリル基)酸素」メチル」−1,3−プロピレングリコールエステル、メタクリル酸トリメチルシリル、ジメタクリル酸トリエチレングリコール、アクリル酸1,1,1,3,3,3‐ヘキサフルオロイソプロピル、アクリル酸トリフルオロエチル、ジアクリル酸テトラエチレングリコール、メタクリル酸2,2,3,3‐テトラフルオロプロピル、アクリル酸テトラヒドロフルフリル、アクリル酸2−(2−エトキシエトキシ)エチルから選ばれる少なくとも一つの物質であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の改質のセラミックセパレータ複合体。
- リチウムイオン電池の製造に応用されることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の改質のセラミックセパレータ複合体。
- 正極材料と負極材料を備え、正極材料と負極材料との間には請求項1又は請求項2に記載のドーパミン改質のセラミックセパレータ複合体が設置されることを特徴とするリチウムイオン電池。
- セラミックセパレータであり、前記セラミックセパレータには一つの有機セパレータ基材と、セパレータ基材表面に塗布された0.1μm〜20μm厚さのセラミック層とを備え、加えて、セパレータ基材とセラミック層の表面と内部にある原位置成長のドーパミン系ポリマーを備えるか、ポリマーはメタクリル酸メチルエステル、ポリフッ化ビニリデン−ヘキサフルオロプロピレン、ポリアクリロニトリル、ポリイミド、ポリエーテルアミド、ポリエチレン・オキシドから選ばれる少なくとも一つの物質であり、
前記ポリマーはドーパミン系ポリマーであれば、前記原位置成長の方法としては、セラミックセパレータをドーパミン系ポリマーの単体のアルカリ性溶液に浸漬し、10〜70℃で5〜40時間をかけて反応させ、前記アルカリ性溶液の溶剤は水と有機溶剤との混和物で、水と有機溶剤との体積比は2〜3:0〜1であり、セラミック層の無機粉体の粒子の粒径は5nm〜10μmであり、有機セパレータ基材の分子量は1000−100000000で、
前記ポリマーは非ドーパミン系ポリマーであれば、前記原位置成長の方法はセラミックセパレータを前記ポリマーの単体溶液中に浸漬し、10〜70℃で5〜40時間をかけて反応させ、前記単体溶液の溶剤は水と有機溶剤との混和物あるいは強極性有機溶剤と弱極性有機溶剤との混和物であり、水と有機溶剤との体積比は強極性有機溶剤と弱極性有機溶剤との体積比と同じように、2〜3:0〜1となり、セラミック層の無機粉体の粒径は5nm〜10μmで、有機セパレータ基材の材料の分子量は1000−100000000であることを特徴とするポリマー改質のセパレータ複合体の製造方法。 - 前記ドーパミン系ポリマーはポリドーパミン、5−ヒドロキシーポリドーパミン、ポリドーパミン アクリルアミド又は単体Mとポリドーパミンアクリルアミドの共重合体であり、単体Mはメタクリル酸メチル、メタクリル酸エチル、メタクリル酸ブチル、メタクリル酸イソブチル、メタクリル酸ヒドロキシエチル、メタクリル酸エチレングリコール、メタクリル酸ポリエチレン・グリコール、3−メトキシアクリル酸メチル、アクリル酸メチル、アクリル酸エチル、メタクリル酸ラウリル、アクリル酸トリフルオロエチル、メタクリル酸グリシジル、2−メチル−2−アクリル酸−2−エチルー2−「「(2−メチル−1−オキソ−2−アリル基)酸素」メチル」−1,3−プロピレングリコールエステル、メタクリル酸トリメチルシリル、ジメタクリル酸トリエチレングリコール、アクリル酸1,1,1,3,3,3−ヘキサフルオロイソプロピル、アクリル酸トリフルオロエチル、ジアクリル酸テトラエチレングリコール、メタクリル酸2,2,3,3−テトラフルオロプロピル、アクリル酸テトラヒドロフルフリル、アクリル酸2−(2−エトキシエトキシ)エチルから選ばれる少なくとも一つの物質であることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のポリマー改質のセパレータ複合体の製造方法。
- 前記有機セパレータ基材の材料はポリオレフィン系の多孔質ポリマー、ポリテトラフルオロエチレン(PTFE)、ポリビニリデンフルオライド、ポリ塩化ビニル、ポリイソフタロイルメタフェニレンジアミン、ポリエチレンテレフタレート、ポリビニリデンフルオライド−ヘキサフルオロプロピレン共重合体、メタクリル酸メチル、ポリアクリロニトリル、ポリイミド、ポリビニルピロリドン、ポリエチレンオキシド、ポリビニルアルコールと前記ポリマーの混和物又は共重合体系から選ばれる少なくとも一つの物質を含むことを特徴とする請求項5または請求項6に記載のポリマー改質のセパレータ複合体の製造方法。
- 前述無機粉体は酸化アルミニウム(A12O3)、二酸化チタン(TiO2)、二酸化ケイ素(SiO2)、ジルコニア(ZrO2)、二酸化スズ(SnO2)、酸化マグネシウム(MgO)、酸化亜鉛(ZnO)、硫酸バリウム(BaSO4)、窒化ホウ素(BN)、窒化アルミニウム(A1N)及び窒化マグネシウム(Mg3N2)から選ばれる少なくとも一つの粉体であることを特徴とする請求項5または請求項6に記載のポリマー改質のセパレータ複合体の製造方法。
- 前記セラミック層の厚みは0.5μm〜5μmであることを特徴とする請求項5または請求項6に記載のポリマー改質のセパレータ複合体の製造方法。
- 前記無機粉体の粒径は5nm〜10μmであることを特徴とする請求項5または請求項6に記載のポリマー改質のセパレータ複合体の製造方法。
- 前記有機セパレータ基材の材料の分子量は100000−1000000であることを特徴とする請求項5または請求項6に記載のポリマー改質のセパレータ複合体の製造方法。
