Claims (20)
- コンポーネントを温度調節するための冷却システムであって、
バッテリと、
前記バッテリを支持する熱スプレッダと、
前記熱スプレッダに接合される多数の熱電素子と、
前記熱電素子と熱的に作動係合する低温プレートアセンブリと、
を包含する冷却システム。 - 前記低温プレートアセンブリが前記熱電素子に固定される、請求項1に記載の冷却システム。
- 前記低温プレートアセンブリと前記熱電素子との境界を接続するサーマルホイルを包含する、請求項2に記載の冷却システム。
- 前記多数の熱電素子が、第1融点を有する第1はんだにより低温および高温側基板に固定されるp−n型材料を含み、前記熱電素子が、前記第1融点より低い第2融点を有する第2はんだにより前記熱スプレッダに固定される、請求項1に記載の冷却システム。
- エポキシにより前記低温側基板に固定される低温側プレートを包含する、請求項4に記載の冷却システム。
- エポキシにより前記高温側基板に固定される高温側プレートを包含する、請求項4に記載の冷却システム。
- 前記p−n型材料が前記第1はんだにより低温および高温パッドに固定され、前記低温および高温パッドが、前記第1はんだにより前記低温および高温側基板にそれぞれ固定される、請求項4に記載の冷却システム。
- 前記第1融点が200℃〜260℃の範囲であって前記第2融点が110℃〜160℃の範囲である、請求項4に記載の冷却システム。
- 前記多数の熱電素子が、エポキシにより前記熱スプレッダに固定されるp−n型材料を含む、請求項1に記載の冷却システム。
- 前記p−n型材料が第1はんだにより低温および高温パッドに固定される、請求項9に記載の冷却システム。
- 第1融点より低い第2融点を有する第2はんだにより前記p−n型材料が前記低温プレートアセンブリに固定される、請求項10に記載の冷却システム。
- 前記第1融点が200℃〜260℃の範囲であって前記第2融点が110℃〜160℃の範囲である、請求項11に記載の冷却システム。
- 前記低温プレートアセンブリとの流体連通状態にある熱交換器を含む冷却ループを包含する、請求項1に記載の冷却システム。
- 前記低温プレートアセンブリとの熱的作動係合状態に配置されるDC/DCコンバータを包含する、請求項13に記載の冷却システム。
- 熱電素子・低温プレートアセンブリ一体化モジュールの組立方法であって、
熱電素子を熱スプレッダに接合するステップと、
前記熱電素子を低温プレートアセンブリに接合するステップと、
を包含する方法。 - 前記第1接合ステップの実施に先立って、第1融点を有する第1はんだでp−n型材料を低温および高温側基板に接合するステップを包含する、請求項15に記載の方法。
- 前記低温および高温基板を低温および高温側プレートにそれぞれ接合するステップを包含し、前記第1接合ステップが、前記第1融点より低い第2融点を有する第2はんだで前記低温側プレートを前記熱スプレッダに接合することを含む、請求項16に記載の方法。
- 前記第2接合ステップが、サーマルホイルで前記熱電素子を前記低温プレートアセンブリに接合することを含む、請求項16に記載の方法。
- エポキシで前記高温側基板を前記サーマルホイルに接合するステップを包含する、請求項18に記載の方法。
- エポキシで前記低温側基板を前記熱スプレッダに接合するステップを包含する、請求項16に記載の方法。
