プレートのための少なくとも1つの入口ロック(56)を含む閉じ込めエンクロージャ(E32)と、該閉じ込めエンクロージャ(E32)内に、クリーニングすべきプレート(10)を受け取る受け取り手段(64)と、前記プレートをドライクリーニングするためのドライクリーニングステーション(66)とを備え、前記ドライクリーニング装置(32)は、前記ドライクリーニングステーション(66)が、前記プレート(10)に振動を与えることができる手段(114)と、前記プレート(10)を衝撃に曝すことができる手段(116)と、を備えている、
