Claims (16)
- コアと前記コアを封入する外層とを含む閉端ペレットとして提供される樹脂マスターバッチ組成物であって、前記コアが少なくとも1つの添加剤を含み、前記外層の厚さが0.001mm〜1cmであることを特徴とする、前記外層がポリマーを含む組成物。
- 前記少なくとも1つの添加剤が安定剤を含む、請求項1に記載の樹脂マスターバッチ組成物。
- 前記安定剤が、ヒンダードアミン光安定剤(HALS)、有機ホスファイトまたはホスホナイト、ヒンダードフェノール、クロマン、紫外線(UV)吸収剤、ヒンダードベンゾエート、ヒドロキシルアミン、第三級アミンオキシド、およびフリーラジカル重合防止剤の少なくとも1つを含む、請求項2に記載の樹脂マスターバッチ組成物。
- 前記安定剤が、2,2,6,6−テトラメチル−4−ピペリジノールとC12〜21飽和およびC18不飽和脂肪酸とのエステルを含む、請求項2に記載の樹脂マスターバッチ組成物。
- 前記安定剤が、フェノチアジン、フェノチアジン誘導体、ヒドロキノン、ヒドロキノンモノメチルエーテル(MEHQ)、およびtert−ブチルカテコール(TBC)の少なくとも1つを含む、請求項2に記載の樹脂マスターバッチ組成物。
- 前記ポリマーが熱可塑性ポリマーである、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の樹脂マスターバッチ組成物。
- 前記熱可塑性ポリマーが、ポリオレフィン、ポリエステル、ポリエーテル、ポリケトン、ポリアミド、天然および合成ゴム、ポリウレタン、ポリスチレン、耐衝撃性ポリスチレン、ポリアクリレート、ポリメタクリレート、ポリアセタール、ポリアクリロニトリル、ポリブタジエン、アクリロニトリル−ブタジエン−スチレンターポリマー、スチレン−アクリロニトリルコポリマー、アクリレート−スチレン−アクリロニトリルターポリマー、セルロースアセテートブチレート、セルロースポリマー、ポリイミド、ポリアミドイミド、ポリエーテルイミド、ポリフェニレンスルフィド、ポリフェニレンオキシド、ポリスルホン、ポリエーテルスルホン、ポリ塩化ビニル、ポリカーボネート、およびエチレン−酢酸ビニルコポリマーの少なくとも1つを含む、請求項6に記載の樹脂マスターバッチ組成物。
- 前記熱可塑性ポリマーが、ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、ポリプロピレンコポリマー、ポリスチレン、およびスチレン−アクリロニトリルコポリマーの少なくとも1つを含む、請求項6に記載の樹脂マスターバッチ組成物。
- 前記コアが、前記外層中の前記熱可塑性ポリマーと同じかもしくは異なるものである熱可塑性ポリマー希釈剤をさらに含む、請求項6〜8のいずれかに記載の樹脂マスターバッチ組成物。
- 前記外層が、少なくとも1つの安定剤を含む、請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載の樹脂マスターバッチ組成物。
- 安定化されるべき有機材料と、請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載の樹脂マスターバッチ組成物とから調製される安定化組成物。
- 前記有機材料が、ポリマー、コーティング、成形物品、織物、繊維、フィルム、エチレン性不飽モノマー、ワックス、有機化合物、写真フィルム、紙、化粧品、有機染料、またはインクを含む、請求項11に記載の安定化組成物。
- 安定化組成物を提供するための請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載の樹脂マスターバッチ組成物の使用。
- 請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載の樹脂マスターバッチ組成物の製造方法であって、前記方法が、
外層によって封入されるコア材料であって、前記コア材料は少なくとも1つの添加剤を含み、前記外層はポリマーを含むコア材料を管状形態で共押出して充填管を形成する工程と;
前記充填管を多くの個別セグメントへカットしそして各個別セグメントの各端を同時に密封し、それによって閉端ペレットを形成する密封装置中へ前記充填管を通す工程と;
前記閉端ペレットを冷却する工程と
を含む方法。 - 少なくとも2つの充填管が、閉端ペレットの少なくとも2つのプロセス流れを形成するために、同じ装置で当時に押し出される、カットされる、密封される、そして冷却される、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 物品の製造方法であって、前記方法が、請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載の樹脂マスターバッチ組成物をポリマーと溶融混合して安定化組成物を形成する工程と;前記安定化組成物を成形して前記成形物品を形成する工程とを含む方法。
