Abstract
Description
− 1.0以下のデニールを有する合成ポリマー繊維(第一集団と称する)35〜65重量%であって、前記合成ポリマー繊維の50〜100重量%がシリコン処理された繊維である前記合成ポリマー繊維と;
− 60mm以上の長さのらせん状捲縮合成ポリマー繊維(spiral-crimped synthetic polymeric fibers;第二集団と称する)10〜30重量%であって、前記らせん状捲縮合成ポリマー繊維の50〜100重量%がシリコン処理された繊維である、前記らせん状捲縮合成ポリマー繊維と;
− 2.0〜7.0デニールを有する弾性繊維20〜50重量%と;
− 前記合成ポリマー繊維の軟化温度よりも低い接着温度を有し、1.5〜4.0デニールを有する合成接着繊維5〜25重量%と;
を有するものとし、そして、前記第一及び第二表面が架橋樹脂を含むものとする、前記中綿を提供するものである。
− 繊維混合物の準備であって、以下の、
− 1.0以下のデニールを有する合成ポリマー繊維である第一集団35〜65重量%
であって、前記合成ポリマー繊維の50〜100重量%がシリコン処理された繊維である前記合成ポリマー繊維と;
− 60mm以上の長さのらせん状捲縮合成ポリマー繊維である第二集団10〜30重量%であって、前記らせん状捲縮合成ポリマー繊維の50〜100重量%がシリコン処理された繊維である、前記らせん状捲縮合成ポリマー繊維と;
− 2.0〜7.0デニールを有する弾性繊維20〜50重量%と;
− 前記合成ポリマー繊維の軟化温度よりも低い接着温度を有し、1.5〜4.0デニールを有する合成接着繊維5〜25重量%と;
を混合することによる、前記準備工程;
− 前記繊維混合物から不織布を形成する工程であって、前記不織布は第二表面に平行な第一表面を含むものとする、前記形成工程;
− 前記接着繊維の接着温度まで又はそれを超えるまで不織布を加熱する工程であって、それにより接着不織布を形成する、前記不織布の加熱工程;
− 架橋剤化合物を含む架橋剤溶液を、前記接着不織布の第一及び第二表面へ付与する工程;並びに
− 前記接着不織布を、前記架橋剤化合物のガラス転移温度を超える温度まで加熱する工程であって、それにより中綿を形成する、前記接着不織布の加熱工程;
を含む、前記方法を提供するものである。

− 2.0〜7.0デニールを有する弾性繊維20〜50重量%と;
− 前記合成ポリマー繊維の軟化温度よりも低い接着温度を有し、1.5〜4.0デニールを有する合成接着繊維5〜25重量%と;
を有するものとし、そして、前記第一及び第二表面が架橋樹脂を含むものとする、前記中綿を提供するものである。
− 非らせん状捲縮を有する合成ポリマー繊維40〜55重量%と;
− らせん状捲縮合成ポリマー繊維の15〜25重量%と;
− 弾性繊維20〜35重量%と;
− 合成接着繊維5〜15重量%と;
を含む繊維混合物を含む。
− 繊維混合物の準備であって、以下の、
− 1.0以下のデニールを有する合成ポリマー繊維である第一集団35〜65重量%であって、前記合成ポリマー繊維の50〜100重量%がシリコン処理された繊維である、前記第一集団と;
− 60mm以上の長さのらせん状捲縮合成ポリマー繊維である第二集団10〜30重量%であって、前記らせん状捲縮合成ポリマー繊維の50〜100重量%がシリコン処理された繊維である、前記第二集団と;
− 2.0〜7.0デニールを有する弾性繊維20〜50重量%と;
− 前記合成ポリマー繊維の軟化温度よりも低い接着温度を有し、1.5〜4.0デニールを有する合成接着繊維5〜25重量%と;
を混合することによる、前記準備工程;
− 前記繊維混合物から不織布を形成する工程であって、前記不織布は第二表面に平行な第一表面を含むものとする、前記形成工程;
− 前記接着繊維の接着温度まで又はそれを超えるまで不織布を加熱する工程であって、それにより接着不織布を形成する、前記不織布の加熱工程;
− 架橋剤化合物を含む架橋剤溶液を、前記接着不織布の第一及び第二表面へ付与する工程;並びに
− 前記接着不織布を、前記架橋剤化合物のガラス転移温度を超える温度まで加熱する工程であって、それにより中綿を形成する、前記接着不織布の加熱工程;
を含む、前記方法を提供するものである。
− オーブン中での加熱;及び
− カレンダー処理中での加熱;
を含む。
2.0デニール且つ51mmのELKタイプ低溶融ポリエステル接着繊維10%と;
0.7デニール且つ51mmの標準的な平坦捲縮を有するシリコン処理済のポリエステル繊維45%と;
6.0デニール且つ64mmのE−Plex弾性繊維25%と;
7.0デニール且つ64mmのらせん状捲縮を有するシリコン処理済のポリエステル繊維20%と;
である。繊維混合物を梳綿機によって処理して、110℃で加熱される不織布中綿前駆体を得る。0℃未満のガラス転移温度(Tg)を有する疎水性自己架橋化学薬品(水性コポリマーアクリレート分散液)を含む架橋剤溶液を使用することによって、架橋剤樹脂を含む移行抵抗性表面を形成する。ろ過又はふるい分け処理を使用して、溶液の凝固を処理前に最小限化する。前駆体中綿の上端にわたって、そして、その完全な幅を横切って横断するスプレーノズルを使用して表面上に溶液を噴霧して、溶液を付与した。噴霧滴の容量中位径は、150〜250μmの間におよび、そして、各々の表面上で液滴表面積密度は7〜8g/m2の範囲の間で調節される。架橋剤溶液を第一及び第二表面の両方に付与した後、スリーパスオーブンシステムを使用して中綿を熱硬化する。化学薬品の付与及び熱硬化処理に続いて、絶縁構造は加熱したロールカレンダリングシステム上を150〜175℃で通過することにより、架橋剤溶液中の架橋剤化合物の密封/架橋を完了させる。絶縁性中綿を冷却して、次に、巻き取り及び包装に進み、そして、物品中へ組み込まれる。
Claims (27)
- 第一表面をもつ不織布を含む中綿であって、前記第一表面と第二表面とは平行であるものとし、前記不織布は繊維混合物を含むものとし、前記繊維混合物は:
− 1.0以下のデニールを有する合成ポリマー繊維である第一集団35〜65重量%であって、前記合成ポリマー繊維の50〜100重量%がシリコン処理された繊維である、前記第一集団と;
− 60mm以上の長さのらせん状捲縮合成ポリマー繊維である第二集団10〜30重量%であって、前記らせん状捲縮合成ポリマー繊維の50〜100重量%がシリコン処理された繊維である、前記第二集団と;
− 2.0〜7.0デニールを有する弾性繊維20〜50重量%;
− 前記合成ポリマー繊維の軟化温度よりも低い接着温度を有し、そして1.5〜4.0デニールを有する合成接着繊維5〜25重量%と;
を有するものとし、そして、前記第一表面及び第二表面が架橋樹脂を含むものとする、前記中綿。 - 合成ポリマー繊維である前記第一集団が60mm未満の長さを有する、請求項1に記載の中綿。
- 合成ポリマー繊維である前記第一集団が18mm〜51mmの長さを有する、請求項2に記載の中綿。
- らせん状捲縮合成ポリマー繊維である前記第二集団が60〜75mmの長さを有する、請求項1に記載の中綿。
- 前記弾性繊維が50〜71mmの長さを有する、請求項1に記載の中綿。
- 前記合成接着繊維が20mm〜71mmの長さを有する、請求項1に記載の中綿。
- 合成ポリマー繊維の前記第一集団が非らせん状捲縮を有する、請求項1に記載の中綿。
- 前記繊維混合物が:
− 合成ポリマー繊維である前記第一集団40〜55重量%であって、前記合成ポリマー繊維が非らせん状捲縮を有する、前記第一集団と;
− らせん状捲縮合成ポリマー繊維である前記第二集団15〜25重量%と;
− 前記弾性繊維20〜35重量%と;
− 前記合成接着繊維5〜15重量%と;
を含む、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の中綿。 - 合成ポリマー繊維である前記第一集団の75〜100重量%がシリコン処理された繊維である、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の中綿。
- らせん状捲縮合成ポリマー繊維である第二集団の75〜100重量%がシリコン処理された繊維である、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の中綿。
- 合成ポリマー繊維である第一集団と、らせん状捲縮合成ポリマー繊維である第二集団とが、ポリエステル繊維である、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の中綿。
- 架橋樹脂が架橋アクリレート(コ)ポリマーを含む、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の中綿。
- 密度5.0〜7.5kg/m3を有する、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の中綿。
- ISO11092により試験される場合に、少なくとも0.75clo/oz/yd2の熱性能評価を有する、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の中綿。
- 30重量%以下の吸水性を有する、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の中綿。
- ASTMD3107により試験される場合、0.65lbsの荷重で、縦、横及び斜め方向において、10〜20%の多方向伸びを有する、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の中綿。
- 移行抵抗性評価5を有する、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の中綿。
- 請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の中綿を含む物品。
- アウターウェア製品、衣類、寝袋及び寝具からなる群から選択される、請求項18に記載の物品。
- 請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の中綿を製造する方法であって:
− 繊維混合物の準備であって、以下の、
− 1.0以下のデニールを有する合成ポリマー繊維である第一集団35〜65重量%であって、前記合成ポリマー繊維の50〜100重量%がシリコン処理された繊維である、前記の第一集団と;
− 60mm以上の長さのらせん状捲縮合成ポリマー繊維である第二集団10〜30重量%であって、前記らせん状捲縮合成ポリマー繊維の50〜100重量%がシリコン処理された繊維である、前記第二集団と;
− 2.0〜7.0デニールを有する弾性繊維20〜50重量%と;
− 前記合成ポリマー繊維の軟化温度よりも低い接着温度を有し、1.5〜4.0デニールを有する合成接着繊維5〜25重量%と;
を混合することによる、前記準備工程;
− 前記繊維混合物から不織布を形成する工程であって、前記不織布は第二表面に平行な第一表面を含むものとする、前記形成工程;
− 前記接着繊維の接着温度まで又はそれを超えるまで不織布を加熱する工程であって、それにより接着不織布を形成する、前記不織布の加熱工程;
− 架橋剤化合物を含む架橋剤溶液を、前記接着不織布の第一及び第二表面へ付与する工程;並びに
− 前記接着不織布を、前記架橋剤化合物のガラス転移温度を超える温度まで加熱する工程であって、それにより中綿を形成する、前記接着不織布の加熱工程;
を含む、前記方法。 - 架橋剤化合物が0℃未満のガラス転移温度(Tg)を有する、請求項20に記載の方法。
- 架橋剤化合物がアクリレート(コ)ポリマーを含む、請求項20に記載の方法。
- 架橋剤溶液を不織布の第一及び第二表面へ付与する前に、前記架橋剤溶液の凝固を最小限にする、請求項20に記載の方法。
- 架橋剤溶液の付与が、前記溶液を不織布の第一及び第二表面へ噴霧することを含むものとし、そして、前記噴霧の間で、前記溶液の噴霧滴が150〜250μmの平均中位径を有するものとする、請求項20に記載の方法。
- 不織布の第一及び第二表面上の架橋剤溶液の液滴表面積密度が7〜8g/m2である、請求項24に記載の方法。
- 接着不織布の加熱工程が:
− オーブン中の加熱;及び
− カレンダー処理中での加熱;
を含む2つ以上の工程を含む、請求項20に記載の方法。 - カレンダー処理中での加熱が150〜175℃の温度を使用するものであり、そして、カレンダリング製造ライン速度が5m/分を超えないものとする、請求項26に記載の方法。
