Abstract
Description
本出願は、2015年2月27日出願の韓国特許出願第10−2015−0028407号に基づく優先権を主張し、該当出願の明細書及び図面に開示された内容は、すべて本出願に援用される。
しかし、このような従来の電極組立体は、幾つかの問題点を有している。
本発明の望ましい更に他の一実施例によれば、前記折畳み分離膜の連続的な多孔性基材の厚さは、1〜100μmであり得る。
本発明の望ましい更に他の一実施例によれば、前記折畳み分離膜の不連続的な有機/無機多孔性コーティング層の厚さは、0.01〜20μmであり得る。
本発明の望ましい更に他の一実施例によれば、本発明による電極組立体がケースに収納された電気化学素子を提供する。
本発明の望ましい一実施例によれば、前記電気化学素子は、リチウム二次電池であり得る。
また、本発明の望ましい一実施例によれば、前記連続的な多孔性基材の厚さは、1〜100μmであり得る。
また、本発明の望ましい一実施例によれば、前記不連続な有機/無機多孔性コーティング層の厚さは、0.01〜20μmであり得る。
必要な機能に応じて前記多孔性基材を、ポリプロピレン/ポリエチレン/ポリプロピレンのように前記高分子からなる層構造に構成することもできる。
Claims (10)
- 積層/折畳み電極組立体であって、
複数の単位セルが重畳され、それぞれの重畳部には連続的な折畳み分離膜が介される構造を備えてなり、
前記連続的な折畳み分離膜が、気孔を有している連続的な多孔性高分子基材と、無機物粒子及びバインダー高分子の混合物から形成された有機/無機多孔性コーティング層とを前記重畳部に不連続的に備えてなることを特徴とする、積層/折畳み型電極組立体。 - 前記有機/無機多孔性コーティング層が、前記単位セルと同じサイズの幅を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の積層/折畳み型電極組立体。
- 前記有機/無機多孔性コーティング層が、正極に対して前記単位セルよりも0.2〜10mm大きい幅を有してなり、負極に対して前記単位セルよりも0.1〜9mm大きい幅を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の積層/折畳み型電極組立体。
- 前記多孔性基材が、ポリオレフィン、ポリエチレンテレフタレート、ポリブチレンテレフタレート、ポリアセタール、ポリアミド、ポリカーボネート、ポリイミド、ポリエーテルエーテルケトン、ポリエーテルスルホン、ポリフェニレンオキシド、ポリフェニレンスルファイド及びポリエチレンナフタレンからなる群より選択された少なくともいずれか一種から形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の積層/折畳み型電極組立体。
- 前記無機物粒子は、誘電率定数が5以上である無機物粒子、リチウムイオンの伝達能力を有する無機物粒子及びこれらの混合物からなる群より選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の積層/折畳み型電極組立体。
- 前記折畳み分離膜の連続的な多孔性基材の厚さが、1〜100μmであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の積層/折畳み型電極組立体。
- 前記折畳み分離膜の不連続的な有機/無機多孔性コーティング層の厚さが、0.01〜20μmであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の積層/折畳み型電極組立体。
- 前記折畳み分離膜は、前記単位セルを囲み得る単位長さを有し、単位長さごとに折り曲げられて中央単位セルから始まって最外郭の単位セルにまで連続して囲むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の積層/折畳み型電極組立体。
- 請求項1〜8の何れか一項に記載の積層/折畳み型電極組立体がケースに収納された、電気化学素子。
- 前記電気化学素子が、リチウム二次電池であることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の電気化学素子。
