Abstract
Description
本出願は、2015年11月13日に中国国家知識産権局に出願された中国特許出願No.2015107799768に基づくとともに当該出願への優先権を主張し、その全体の内容が参照によってここに取り込まれる。
本発明は、ディスプレイ技術の分野に関し、特に、有機発光ディスプレイ(OLED)パネル、端末及び感光制御方法に関する。
感光素子は、アレイ基板の全体領域に均等に分散配置される。しかしながら、いくつかのサブ画素ユニットのそれぞれには、一つの感光素子が配置される一方、他のサブ画素ユニットには、感光素子が配置されない。
Claims (11)
- アレイ基板と、
前記アレイ基板の上層に位置するOLED層と、
前記アレイ基板と同じ層に位置する感光素子アレイ、又は、前記アレイ基板と前記OLED層との間に位置する前記感光素子アレイと、
前記感光素子アレイに接続された制御回路と、を備える、
ことを特徴とする有機発光ディスプレイ(OLED)パネル。 - 前記アレイ基板はm×n個の画素ユニットを備え、各前記画素ユニットはK個のサブ画素ユニットを備え、
前記感光素子アレイはa×b個の感光素子を備え、各前記感光素子は一つの前記サブ画素ユニットに対応し、
a≦K×m、かつb≦nである、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のOLEDパネル。 - 前記感光素子アレイにおける前記感光素子は、前記アレイ基板における前記サブ画素ユニットに一対一に対応し、a=K×m、かつb=nであり、又は、
前記感光素子アレイは、前記アレイ基板の部分領域に位置し、前記感光素子アレイにおける前記感光素子は、前記部分領域における前記サブ画素ユニットに一対一に対応し、a<K×m、かつb<n、又は、a<K×m、かつb=n、又は、a=K×m、かつb<nである、
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のOLEDパネル。 - 前記感光素子アレイは、前記アレイ基板と同じ層に位置し、
前記サブ画素ユニットは、薄膜トランジスタ(TFT)領域と非TFT領域とを備え、
少なくとも1つの前記感光素子が存在する位置が、対応する前記サブ画素ユニットの前記非TFT領域に位置する、
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のOLEDパネル。 - 前記感光素子アレイは、前記アレイ基板と前記OLED層との間に位置し、
前記感光素子が存在する位置は、対応する前記サブ画素ユニットの領域における任意の位置に位置する、
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のOLEDパネル。 - 前記制御回路は、a列のデータ線とb行の制御線とを備え、
前記制御線の各行は、それぞれa個の第1スイッチを介してa列の前記データ線と接続され、
各スイッチの制御端子は前記制御線に接続され、各前記スイッチの第1の接続端子は対応する前記感光素子に接続され、各前記スイッチの第2の接続端子は対応する前記データ線に接続される、
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のOLEDパネル。 - 各前記感光素子の感光する側には、レンズが更に配置されている、
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至6のいずれかに記載のOLEDパネル。 - 前記OLED層の上層に位置するガラス基板と、
前記ガラス基板の上層に位置する偏光板と、
前記偏光板の上層に位置するレンズと、
を更に備える、
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至6のいずれかに記載のOLEDパネル。 - 請求項1乃至8のいずれかに記載のOLEDパネルを備えることを特徴とする端末。
- 前記OLEDパネルは、請求項6に記載のOLEDパネルであり、
前記端末は、さらに、各前記データ線及び各前記制御線に接続された感光制御ユニットを備える、
ことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の端末。 - 請求項6に記載のOLEDパネルに接続された感光制御ユニットにおいて使用するための感光制御方法であって、
第i行の前記感光素子と前記データ線とが接続されるように制御するためのイネーブル信号を、第i行の前記制御線に送信するステップと、
前記データ線を介して第i行の前記感光素子により収集された感光信号を取得するステップと、
iがbより小さい場合、i=i+1に設定し、前記第i行の前記制御線に前記イネーブル信号を送信するステップを再度実行するステップと、
iがbに等しい場合、i=1に設定し、前記第i行の前記制御線に前記イネーブル信号を送信するステップを再度実行するステップと、
を含むことを特徴とする感光制御方法。
