Abstract
Description
(i)ポリオレフィン粉末形態のポリオレフィンを混合装置に供給する段階と、
(ii)前記混合装置に供給されるポリオレフィン粉末の流速を測定するか、又は前記押出装置で製造されたポリオレフィンペレットの流速を測定する段階と、
(iii)前記混合装置にカーボンブラックを供給する段階と、
(iv)任意に、一つ以上の追加の添加剤を混合装置に供給する段階と、
(v)前記混合装置に供給されたポリオレフィン粉末の流速を測定する際に、ポリオレフィン粉末の測定流速によって前記カーボンブラック及び前記混合装置に任意に供給された一つ以上の追加の添加剤の流速を調整する段階、又は押出装置で製造されたポリオレフィンペレットの流速を測定する際に、ポリオレフィンペレットの測定流速によってポリオレフィン粉末の混合装置への流速を調整し、カーボンブラック及び前記混合装置に供給される前記カーボンブラック及び前記任意に供給された一つ以上の追加の添加剤の流速を一定に保持するか、又はポリオレフィンペレットの測定流速によって前記混合装置に供給されるカーボンブラック及び任意に供給される一つ以上の追加の添加剤の流速を調整する段階と、
(vi)ポリオレフィン粉末、カーボンブラック及び任意に供給された一つ以上の追加の添加剤を混合して粉末混合物を形成する段階と、
(vii)混合装置から押出装置内に段階(vi)で得られた粉末混合物を移送する段階と、
(viii)粉末混合物を加熱して溶融物を形成し、前記押出装置内で溶融物を均質化して液体状態のポリオレフィン組成物を形成させる段階、及び
(ix)ポリオレフィン組成物をペレット化する段階。
(iiia)貯蔵容器からカーボンブラックを第一のカーボンブラック排出バルブを通じてカーボンブラック供給容器に移送する段階と、
(iiib)続いて、カーボンブラック供給容器からカーボンブラックを重力によって第二のカーボンブラック排出バルブを通じて投与装置に移送する段階と、及び
(iiic)その後、投与装置からカーボンブラックを混合装置に移送する段階。
(x)ポリオレフィンペレットを押出装置に供給する段階と、及び
(xi)ポリオレフィン粉末の測定流速によって又はポリオレフィンペレットの測定流速によって押出装置に供給される重合体ペレットの流速を調整する段階。
Claims (15)
- 下記段階を含む、押出装置からポリオレフィン及びカーボンブラックを含むポリオレフィン組成物を連続的に製造する方法。
(i)ポリオレフィン粉末形態のポリオレフィンを混合装置に供給する段階と、
(ii)前記混合装置に供給されるポリオレフィン粉末の流速を測定するか、又は前記押出装置で製造されたポリオレフィンペレットの流速を測定する段階と、
(iii)前記混合装置にカーボンブラックを供給する段階と、
(iv)任意に、一つ以上の追加の添加剤を混合装置に供給する段階と、
(v)前記混合装置に供給されたポリオレフィン粉末の流速を測定する際に、ポリオレフィン粉末の測定流速によって前記カーボンブラック及び前記混合装置に任意に供給された一つ以上の追加の添加剤の流速を調整する段階、又は押出装置で製造されたポリオレフィンペレットの流速を測定する際に、ポリオレフィンペレットの測定流速によってポリオレフィン粉末の混合装置への流速を調整し、カーボンブラック及び前記混合装置に供給される前記カーボンブラック及び前記任意に供給された一つ以上の追加の添加剤の流速を一定に保持するか、又は前記ポリオレフィンペレットの測定流速によって前記混合装置に供給されるカーボンブラック及び任意に供給される一つ以上の追加の添加剤の流速を調整する段階と、
(vi)ポリオレフィン粉末、カーボンブラック及び任意に供給された一つ以上の追加の添加剤を混合して粉末混合物を形成する段階と、
(vii)混合装置から押出装置内に段階(vi)で得られた粉末混合物を移送する段階と、
(viii)粉末混合物を加熱して溶融物を形成し、前記押出装置内で溶融物を均質化して液体状態のポリオレフィン組成物を形成させる段階、及び
(ix)ポリオレフィン組成物をペレット化する段階。 - ポリオレフィン粉末の流速を測定する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 押出装置で製造されたポリオレフィンペレットの流速を測定する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ポリオレフィン粉末の流速又はポリオレフィンペレットの流速を固体流量計で測定する、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記混合装置は二つの水平方向に配向された逆回転シフトを含むパドルミキサーである、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- カーボンブラックはカーボンブラック貯蔵容器から混合装置に供給され、下記段階を含む、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
(iiia)貯蔵容器からカーボンブラックを第一のカーボンブラック排出バルブを通じてカーボンブラック供給容器に移送する段階と、
(iiib)続いて、カーボンブラック供給容器からカーボンブラックを重力によって第二のカーボンブラック排出バルブを通じて投与装置に移送する段階と、及び
(iiic)その後、投与装置からカーボンブラックを混合装置に移送する段階。 - 前記第一のカーボンブラック排出バルブ及び第二のカーボンブラック排出バルブがピンチバルブである、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記カーボンブラック供給容器には攪拌機が装着される、請求項6又は7に記載の方法。
- 前記投与装置には投与装置ホッパーが装着され、投与装置ホッパーには攪拌機が装着される、請求項6〜8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記移送段階(iiia)で、前記カーボンブラックは第一のカーボンブラック排出バルブを通過した後に移送スーツ(conveying chute)を通過する、請求項6〜9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記移送段階(iiia)は間欠的に行われ、前記カーボンブラック供給容器はスケール上に配置され、前記移送段階(iiib)はカーボンブラック供給容器の重量の差異を測定することによって制御される、請求項6〜10のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- ポリオレフィンがポリエチレンである、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- ポリオレフィン粉末が二峰性又は多峰性ポリオレフィンの粉末である、請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記ポリエチレンがISO 1183によって23℃で測定した0.945〜965g/cm3の密度を有する高密度ポリエチレンである、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 下記段階をさらに含む、請求項1〜14のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
(x)ポリオレフィンペレットを押出装置に供給する段階、及び
(xi)ポリオレフィン粉末の測定流速によって又はポリオレフィンペレットの測定流速によって押出装置に供給される重合体ペレットの流速を調整する段階。
